Imperial Rating Modifiers

I'm not sure if this is moddable so I'm not entirely sure as to whether I should be asking in the MEIOU forum.

I'm pretty certain I've seen big countries in the HRE get a "Large Nation in HRE" bonus that gives 100 rating points instead of just 50 before. I'm playing Bohemia now and I've annexed 3 extra provinces (2 HRE provinces from non-HRE members and annexed one of the 3 vassals Bohemia begins with) and I have 10 provinces but still only the +50 bonus. The infamy hurts my rating quite a bit with all the electors and when I annexed that vassal I lost ~25 relations with everyone in the HRE, further hurting my rating and shifting electors to Austria (thankfully I'm early in a regency so I don't have to worry about elections for a while).

So, how many provinces will I need to get the +100 bonus? And if this isn't hardcoded, where's the file for it (so I don't have to ask again for a similar question).

Edit: Well, nevermind, I just conquered another province and it gave me the +100 bonus. What was interesting though to me was that the province in question wasn't in the HRE itself. I always assumed the territories you'd have to own to get the modifier were in the HRE.
