Wow! I would first like to say that V2 is an incredible game with so many great features. However, I have found 2 major flaws that spoil the overall enjoyment of the game:
1) In the second half of the game there are way too many rebellions. I just experienced one rebellion on top of another that had just started. I also got rebels in a province I was in the process of conquering. The huge numbers in the rebel armies are completely inaccurate historically, especially when your country is peaceful, economically sound, and happy.

2) The size of the British land forces seems way too large. Britain always had a strong army but it's success was built on discipline and training, not size. The UK just seems too strong overall which makes beating it impossible. I recommend having realistic limits on the size of armies (other than just economic limits).

Sorry if these things have already been said. I thought these problems were going to be addressed in the 1.2 fix, but they still persist. I won't be playing the game again until these issues are addressed. Sorry, but it just ruins an otherwise awesome and fun gaming experience.

About first part, you are wrong about something : all your population isn't happy. Only the major part is.
With a 100M population, 1M very unhappy people gives only 0.10 militancy. You see the problem, you look at the global value thinking all is good when it's not.
