DW is not yet released, and HttT is only downloadable. If you buy it from GamersGate, you shouldn't have problem installing it on your CD game. After HttT downloaded, you can make a backup CD, or download it again if necessary 
Maybe they will make like a dual pack containing both games

We will probably see a Europa Universalis Ultimate (EUU) Pack when divine wind is released. It's probably going to be the final exansion and this will be released in retail. New players will be annoyed to have to buy Complete + HTTT + DW or even worse, EU3 + NA + IN + HTTT + DW

It should be called Eu3: Platinum so that when the next expansions come out it can be called Eu3: Ultimate Collection.
