Question is as the title states. I am referring to attrition and combat losses, not routed rebels.
Do rebel losses affect pop losses?

Pretty sure they're treated as standard troops in all respect so should have the same loss ratio, yeah.
Yeah. Trigger a general uprising and you'll see your population decline as the hundreds of thousands of rebels stack together to siege your provinces and all die of dieases. I actually had a couple of attempted revolutions fail like that because the attrition actually killed the rebllious POPs.
