Sort of. I take stuff from other flags and combine it together.
For example, the coat of arms is a modified version of the Belorussian SSR CoA, and the hammer and axe is from the flag of the Chinese Soviet Republic.

Ok, I am not going to implement the Manx country unless it gets some more sensible territories like Wales and England and consolidated colonies.

Thanks for the other countries, I will update the map in a couple hours once I finish these countries.

EDIT: Other countries with more consolidated borders now get the preference over spread out countries.

Wah? What is wrong with Manx having the east coast of Ireland? Sure the overseas colonies are kinda strange, but there are stranger examples IRL.
I thought that the point wasn't to make completely sensible countries.

Sure you could give Manx some of their cores in england, and remove their remote chinese colonies and expand their north american holdings, but they should still have a part of Ireland (why? Eh, you know Ireland is next doors to the Island of Manx) and also a part of Bretagne.

Oh and Manx does have ALL of Wales and large parts of england as cores (you could just give them their unclaimed cores if you want).

EDIT: BTW, Jamtland needs a much darker green (kinda like normal russia).

EDIT2: Same with Hessen, oh and you missed a part of the Baltic Union on the current map.

EDIT3: Forget what I said about Jamtlands colour, there are so many dark greens anyway

EDIT4: Right, here's a VASTLY consolidated Manx (though kinda destroys the main point but, this is as consolidated as I can get Manx with still being happy with them (though I guess they could be moved completely into England if you choose to kick them off Ireland, but Ireland is very close to the island of Manx so it's pretty sensible for Manx to have irish provinces)).

Well, not really but it is a logical expansion route, I mean, it's next doors, so yeah.
Although Manx could be kicked off ireland and only given cores there if you want.

Yeah well still, if Manx lost its territories in Ireland cause of nationalists then they should atleast have cores on them (oh and northern ireland was pro-unionist IRL, and besides, manx gaelic is much more related to irish gaelic than to english). And well, I really dislike contiguous island states because that is kinda boring.
