We are almost there Democratic Anarchists! One final push and we shall surely surge towards victory, a victory for prosperity, democracy and PEACE! We cannot betray the veterans returning from France and their limbs, we cannot betray the mothers, widows and daughters who now feel only sorrow and despair, and we cannot betray the workers who need their Socialist Republic consolidated and defended from tyranny at all costs! The ballot box is our longsword, our creed is our shield, courage is our armour and victory is our calling!

Well you didn't, and you still haven't. The rules of the AAR clearly state that you must spell out the entire name of the faction and place it in bold. I'm not trying to invalidate your vote, but the rules are there for a reason. With so many replies, it would be a terrible burden on Tommy to weed out the votes if they weren't clear and distinct, which yours have not been.

Edit: Nevermind, I see that you did vote correctly a few pages back already, and that your spiel on the last page was just voter encouragement. The way you spoke about emerging from lurking at the end of that post made it sound as if it was your first. Hehe

Then go fight the Capitalist slave-soldiers armed with your ballot box and your creed, then noone can question your courage. But wouldn't you rather have the finest army on earth at your side? Wouldn't you rather sacrifice your self so that your children may live in peace than buy peace for yourself with the blood of your children?

I did, several pages back in my first post. But I'm sure that's easy to miss. So I'll post it again so there can be no doubt:

Marxist-Leninist.

Uh, Xanthippus, he did. Bolded and all, with a few short paragraphs in explanation. Page 209. If that doesn't fit the criteria, all our votes are invalid.

Anyway! Come on people, M-L surge! Trotsky for chairman!

This election is turning out pretty exciting. :D

Edit: Ack, you edited while my connection was taking an age to post this (stupid Uni connection). But uh, yeah. Shows M-L camaraderie. So vote for Trotsky. *nod*

Thanks :). And those Anarchists call us undemocratic when they're obviously trying to rig the election.

Damn it, they're on to me! :p

Trotsky doesn't aim for war. He sees that it isn't feasible to take on Britain, Japan, the US and China. Instead, he advocates supporting the proletarians of those countries to rise up, and help that along by destroying the bourgeois states economically. If you agree with everything the Marxists stand for, but don't wish for war, then still vote Marxist-Leninist!

Ha! I'm not going to change my vote. If the traitors win it would give Trotsky a chance for as coup, and that's better than having to listen to those pesky traitors in the Assembly. The Assembly should be dissolved.

Capitalist slave-solders?
What is that? XD

Point being, we do not want to fight. And they won't fight us, since only one idiot called Trotsky wants more war and bloodshed. We have only the right to defend members of the Comintern, aggressive foreign policy is not what a government that rules for the best interests of the majority should pursue. We do not want anyone to die. Courage is not needed when all are equal, right?
Oh we saw how fine the army was during the civil war, loyal to one faction and mutinous against the state.
What good is peace for our children when we perish achieving it?
There should not be a war to end all wars, but rather a peace to prevent future wars.
In fact, our peace does not need to be bought with blood. Blood is not a currency to the Democratic Alliance, even if comrade Trotsky wants to make it one.

Let no more blood pour. We can achieve a peaceful future without blood.

Actually, I suggest that in constitution be written; 'no man shall be forced to pay blood for his state'.
We do not run on blood!

One does not buy peace, one achieves peace!

Vote for Democratic Anarchists, vote for a less violent and bloodless future!
Prevent Trotsky from shaping his own malevolent monster out of our state!!!

The problem is Trotsky is too much of a coward. We need Stalin, he could crush all the factions.

But since we are a peoples republic, the rulers are servants of all, not abusing their powers to crush other factions in a non-democratic way. ;)

Vote for freedom of common man, vote for freedom of speech, vote for democracy!
Vote for Democratic Anarchists, save the republic!

I support the DA's policys but I think a name change might be in order.

Also this is one of the best AAR I've seen after reading a few here and alot of TW AARs in the past. I just wish I'd been here from the start, I'm not looking forward to it ending :(

Don't be a Grammar Naci (National-Communist), it's bad enough that you're a pseudo-anarchist. You know what I meant. That the soldiers of the capitalist states are slaves, enslaved by the evils inherent in the system.

Point being, we do not want to fight. And they won't fight us, since only one idiot called Trotsky wants more war and bloodshed.
...
We do not run on blood!

But capitalism runs on blood, my brother! How can you fail to understand that? Capitalism by its very nature makes war inevitable. Capitalism fuels greed, hate and envy. Capitalism makes all men into enemies, the winners into masters and the losers into slaves. Capitalism is in fact a state of war of all men against each other. We can not coexist with capitalism. And though in time it will fall by the weight of its own corruption it will inflict so much suffering and degradation upon the world before that time that it will make the wars I seek seem mild and loving by comparison.
