I'm playing as Israel. It is currently 1914. Israel gets a good 10,000 immigrants a month. I've noticed that many of the immigrant pops are Socialist and Communists, and that I have a Proletarian Dictatorship. This just started however, the revolution ended in 1894 or so. Is there a connection?
EDIT: The countries that the pops emigrate from have conservative governments.
EDIT 2: I do get some that move out, but it is dwarfed by those that get in. Only about 60-70 pops leave.
