    Presentation of Mod

    January 1, 1776: The sun rises on the late eighteenth century. End of turbulent century that would see the birth of the United States, the surge of power that became the British 'Pax Britannica, "the firing of Europe by the revolutionary power, the colonization of Africa and of North America, and the emergence of industrialization.

    Dynamic concepts

    The purpose of the mod is to simulate the major historical forces that have crossed the eighteenth, nineteenth and early twentieth century.

    Mod promotes dynamic gaming systems that take account of the situation. The scripted events "hard" will be minimized to retain flexibility, surprise and fun to play (more than "That's when the 1st of August 1914?")

    Thus the French Revolution will not necessarily take place in France, but can occur in a great European power with an absolute monarchy, an aristocrat% of internal instability and an elevated high. This revolutionary country will have a strong tendency to want to liberate the oppressed by absolute monarchies or to annex neighboring provinces with its own national minorities, see to put a Corsican emperor on the throne ..

    Similarly, economic or other crises will be simulated based on the parameters of each country (level of liberalism,% of population below the poverty line, level of economic regulation, etc. ..)

    Whenever possible, the mod will not create a specific rule, but generic rules to better encompass the processes at work

I might not be the best at speaking/writing French but I'll be able to get most things translated except for most of the events I'm guessing... Still, it'd be better to have someone partially translate it now, rather than give a proper translator a ton of things to translate.

    As Pixie57 said, the map will have rather the same phylosophy as the one i made for MEIOU, especially the one i am preparing for upcoming Divine Wind.

    There will be no lot of event/decision in Mod .. Basically should translate the tech tree and some event, for the moment.....

    It's just because it's a work in progress... i've worked on the province bmp file, the coast of OHGamer's river bmp file, that's it. Terrain bmp file and colormaps will also require editing before coasts look good enough

    The philosophy of the mod is to make a Vivtoria 2 vanille, but on a more open period. (1776-1935).And on a map of MEIOU
    Industrialization can not start necessarily in England.
    It could start in another great power.
    The "French Revolution" will also have locations in another country.

    See Revolution happen in England and France of Louis XVI to lead a European coalition against the revolutionary absolutist English ... it's priceless......


    Not historical event..Each game will be different for more fun....
