Presentation of Mod

Dynamic concepts
The purpose of the mod is to simulate the major historical forces that have crossed the eighteenth, nineteenth and early twentieth century.
Mod promotes dynamic gaming systems that take account of the situation. The scripted events "hard" will be minimized to retain flexibility, surprise and fun to play (more than "That's when the 1st of August 1914?")
Thus the French Revolution will not necessarily take place in France, but can occur in a great European power with an absolute monarchy, an aristocrat% of internal instability and an elevated high.
