Hi, I've been playing for a few days now and would have thought such an option would be in the game but cannot seem to find it. Is there a way to buy a province off another nation or exchange it for one of your own (outside special events)?

So far I have found no such measure, there is supposed to be a way to peacefully annex same culture SOI nations, but never in all my playing have i ever seen that happen.
Your only way is by using unification events with SOI, otherwise, i think it's war.
