i just got AOD and me and my friend have same pc builds, sitting right next to each other. host can see messages sent from client. Client can unpause game but doesnt see any advance in time or messages sent to it. In scenario selection texts and other things have no lag. any ideas? all other games have no problem even hoi3 works fine
 
I think Lan MP is not working. I can play with a friend, i can save, but i can't reload the game. Any game (manual save, autosave).
That's very frustrating. I like to play mostly on a (W)Lan connection.
Does anyone know why it is not working? Or how to fix it?

Try to copy the savegame you want to load manually to all clients.
