I can definitively guess that Simon Cowell was not a judge.

We continue with the number 15 AAR:

Ricox - "Unification of Italy" - Two Sicilies AAR

All summed up you made the 15th place with your AAR.

You entered the competition like a whirlwind, posting updates so fast that it wasnt easy to follow.
Sometimes speed can be a handicap, i think that prevented you from gathering a bigger readership.

If there would be an Award for the fastest updates,
you would have won it without any noticable competition :D

Your AAR is surly not bad, its your first one after all,
i hope you will write another one with a slower pace,
so that you attract more readers and get even better :)

I really liked the gameplay perspective and the pictures on your AAR,
it still deserves to be read, even if it didnt made it in the Top 10.
Sad that it also ended so apruptly.

Keep on writing i am sure you will grow on it and get better and better! :)

I thank you for competing and i wish you all the best!

Ok, now i can speak, given that Alex has ratted me out :D
That's the reason i never posted in your threads, guys... so as to be sure not to give any hints... I'll post my comments tommorrow, when the announcements are finished ;)

Sorry to burst the bubble :D
I am looking forward to your insights! :)

While were guessing the identity of our judges, I've suspected for a long time that Tommy might be a judge, and possibly Kallocain too...

Soon you shall know!

Sadly none of the Paradox Staff wanted to participate, i have offered it to them!
I guess their duties keep them so busy that there isnt much spare time left.
But Kallocain told me shes reading atleast some of the AAR´s in the Contest :)

I can definitively guess that Simon Cowell was not a judge.

I had to look that fellow up, i doubt hes a judge indeed.

I look forward to it. :)

Me a judge? Well .... Yes.

Once the contest is over I will give feedback on my top 5 AARs.

Your doing a great job of building suspense Alex!

I hope the AAR I picked for number one wins. :)

Cant wait to read it!

Thank you i am doing my best here, i have taken the day off all other duties just for this :)

Sadly i have to make the pictures on the fly, because the final results came in so late,
that delays the annoncments a bit, but you all had so much patience with me, i am sure you have a little more :)

Well, youll see that when we are there, still some AAR´s to go till then ;)

Don't be disappointed! Like Alex said, you were hampered by being a late entry. What's important is that nextime you try again, maybe enter a little earlier...

I am proud to present you the Rank 14 AAR:

Brandenburg III - Bukkhara: Central Asian Might

You made Rank number 14 with your AAR.

I wonder why you havent made it in the Top 10 in the end,
you where in there at the beginning, but fell out when more scores came in.
Overall it was a close battle for the top 10, and its all very close together.

You shouldnt feel bad, alot of readers did enjoy your challenging
country choice, i know i did so! :)

I wonder if you would have had more sucess with a humorous AAR?
We will never know. But i hope you will remember the contest with no bad feelings.

No matter what rank you accieved in this contest,
you will allways have your readers that follow your AAR´s,
i hope you got some more by participating :)

You are a seasoned and respected writer, i hope you will keep on writing for a long time!

I thank you for competing and i wish you all the best!

Then stop babbling here and get on with those pics :D

I can hardly wait for the last update about who wins!

[Spoiler Alert] More to come!

As long as I'm in the top 20, I'm happy.

Now we get to see the rank 13 AAR:

Twichy_boy - Queen of the Adriatic - Venice AAR

No matter if its a lucky number for you or not,
you made Rank number 13 with your AAR.

It was a tough fight for the Top 10, and its all very close together.
Sadly even the one 99 Score you got, wasnt enough to get you in the Top 10.

No matter your placement, i did really enjoy your AAR
and the Maps with the army movments.
I am sure you found some readers that think the same.

Venice is also not an easy nation to write an AAR for,
but you did well in my opinion.
I hope to read more of you in the future! :)

I thank you for competing and i wish you all the best!

I quite liked your AAR too Twitchy_boy, playing a released nation isn't easy but like Alex said you did a good job with it.

I'm guessing Surume will be 12, or maybe Polar Mongoose, they're late starters and late starters haven't done too well so far.

I'll get ahead of my comments, and with no disrespect for the numerous other AARs (as i said earlier, i was late in my answers - gave them only friday night i think - because i had a real hard time giving quotes as deserved, while following at same time Alex's damn rules :p), but i awaited BrandenburgIII's Bukkhara within the Top10.
