Question - FtG Gameranger - is it stable?

EU2 does not work under GameRanger; only FTG does. As per my own experience, GameRanger works well. It is FTG in itself that has some issues, a bit irrationally. We have been able to host successfully under certain circumstances, but for reasons unknown to us not everyone are able to connect like they should.
 
Have anyone tried using FTG and gameranger though?
