I had only finished South Africa; am working on finishing the rest of Africa. It takes some time and am actually working on finishing up Africa as I type.

I'm sorry if the sarcasm isn't showing. The files are located in the common folder; cultures.txt (change culture colors); ideologies.txt (change political party colors); religion.txt (change religion colors).

Edit: Colors for the types of population is in the poptypes folder; and can be changed in the text documents for each pop.

Do you by any chance know what the "cot_colors.txt" is used for in the commons folder?
(in eu3 cot means center of trade, but we have none in v2)

I've uploaded 3.0 (Victoria 2 Patch 1.2 Compatible). Patch 1.2 changed a lot of country files, and I did not see any other coloring mod updating with Patch 1.2. Download link is on first page.
