I just bought Victoria II on steam and installed it, however whenever I play the game the flags all show up as just a plain black icon rather than an actual flag. I've no modified anything in any way, completely clean install.
Is there any known fix for this? It's incredibly frustrating, was looking forward to playing but this... takes a lot away from it.
