    When you used the mod, did you also drop the new mappings files into the converter directory? If you do not do so, the converter won't know to take advantage of all the new nations.

    Well, I can verify your problem. And I've been playing with basic edits to the save, and can't come up with anything. But of the usual people here, I'm the least good at that kind of analysis.

    Looking at that screenshot, I'm completely flabbergasted. These are not decisions that the mod adds. At first I thought they may be existing decisions (displayed correctly and not yet available to trigger) that are suffering from a localisation issue (something that would be my fault) causing titles and descriptions to be displayed as their defaults, but looking at the screenshot the titles seem much too generic for that to be the case.

    Have we determined weather or not this is true for conversions both with and without the converter mod?

    The problem is Gran Colombia formation. Don't know WHY, but that's it.

    I suspected it was 2.31 related, but couldn't get a previous version of V2 installed and working to verify (they install, just crash on launch every time).

    And it seems to be only with the converter mod.

    I'm going to try eliminating all decisions to see if that helps. But I'm also going to look after some personal stuff I've been neglecting due to Paradox addiction.

    Probably the lack of GC cores we place. And those'll be tricky, because it's based on tags, not culture groups. May require code changes. I'll be verifying and trying solutions tomorrow. I spent hours on some internal code changes today, and am ready to relax.

    By the power of Regular Expression I was able slash global population by 90% in the save game and to determine that the problem is that the Politics screen just flat out did not want to deal with my 300 Million+ voters in any way any more.

    30 Million it could itemize, 300 Million it can't. Which is a bit odd because one would think the limit would be number of Pops not Pop Size. I'm going to report it to Paradox anyway, because it's a stupid bug that would happen to anyone's world blob by 1936, one assumes.

    Fixed the decisions problem. 2.31 introduced a half-dozen new countries, and our replacement countries.txt didn't link them. I've fixed that, and as those nations a cultural unions of sorts, I've added them to unions.txt. (Except for Fran Columbia, which is a weird case).

    Converter Mod 0.94 is uploading now.

    If the great powers are still shown to be the standard ones (UK, Russia, USA, France, Prussia, Austria, OE & Spain), just save and reload, and it will put the correct ones in.

    I can confirm that 2.8B and 0.94 together cause a CTD. Either alone seems to be fine.

    Edit: and after fiddling around with it all, I think I need to leave it to the people who know the mod bits better than I to figure out what I did wrong when I updated both.

    "Great Britain" simply becoming "Great" is a localisation issue that I will fix now.

    EDIT: @Id: did you add your changes to the converter mod to sourceforge? That's the version we've been working from.

    EDIT: Oh, I see, you added the new tags in to their geographical regions. :P Well, that was confusing for a moment.

    The biggest offender I can see so far is that Aragon and Arabia now share the same tag (ARA). I will amend this presently.

    Something of great importance to note is that if the flags are misnamed then the game will not load at all!

    Aragon tag will be changed to "ARO".
