Austria didn't lose any Ruthenian lands. The Ukraine you see on the screenshow was originally part of Poland, but they lost it in a crisis. They're also one of the Fascist countries, due to all the cores they miss.

Krakow is in Germany's sphere, as is Ukraine, while Poland is influenced by Russia, I think.

Not completely functioning (colonial nations all getting independance, no armies being converted and cultures being the V2 defaults), but otherwhise it works. Or I'm an idiot for not noticing the rest.
