First person view?

Is there someway to change the game to first person view? The third person camera makes the game very difficult.

Also, is there a way to sort the server list by number of players or the least ping?
 
Indeed, an option to use 1st person mode would be great, that and an option to aim down the sights. Until the game has these things I don't think I'll play much because I find the current view a bit disorienting.
