    Flanders-Wallonia

Well, isn't the current setup in KR close to a nonsense?
As stated by others, it's in current setup more close to Flanders-Flanders than Flanders-Wallonia.
Couldn't it be possible to implement some changes there? Actually, German occupation of French Flanders and the occupied part of Artois was a time of propaganda towards the olds roots and links with Flanders and other low-countries provinces. It's highly probable that had Germany won the war and had Germany choose to stay with a sort of Belgian state, they would have detached northern France and transfered them to that Belgian State. And it would add some French-speakers making the "Wallon" part more relevent. So, what about adding some provinces to Flanders-Wallonia?

While it is true that the majority of Wallonia is under German military occupation at the beginning of the game, a german victory over the Commune of France gives some French provinces to Flanders-Wallonia and Germany can decide to give them back the whole of Wallonia. Once a decisive victory over the french is achieved Germany is allowed to give more concessions to Flanders-Wallonia, I think this is a satisfactory solution.

How lucky that I am about to win over Commune of France!

Remember belgium was also defeated by germany in ww1 so they thought. dont let favor them.

i think dunkerque has to be given to flanders wallonia even at the begin, after ww1. there lived many flemish and it was an impotant harbour. so to hit the french more flanders could have recieve it after ww1.

Actually, there were plans for the whole french Flanders, and even Artois, to be combined with a future Belgian or Flemish puppet state. Don't forget that flemish speaking people in France are (well, actually, it's more and more "were") living around Dunkerque and west of Lille, french flemish are still living in French Flanders and being flemish even if they are not speaking flemish since centuries or since decades.
This identity is somewhat dormant nowadays but was more vivid before both world wars, notably because after both occupations, flemish affirmation was seen as "collaborationnist" because of German plans.

Belgian defeat is indeed a good point... But wouldn't also have German wanted to hit France in whatever way? That new double-Monarchy puppet has to be viable in face of the red menace. And by the way, some might have wanted such a fate, during the revolution: "better german-controlled, than red".
Well, indeed one can reach this result by defeating France in WW2... But frankly, since my first tries of KR three years ago, I've always thought of the Belgian setup as a strange, if not silly and uncoherent, one. Of course, the war do imply some changes but...

yes but german wallonia can be returned to flanders. not that i do that. i add them as core. like luxemburg and kolding wich are not a core of germany but has to be. and yes i think after 4 years of terrible warfare the germans would have hit france very hard. that is why it became syndycalist.

Remember that France never officially finished its peacetalks with Germany. It fell to revolution after the armistice. With an eshtablished new regime in France and a potentialrevolution in Russia I doubt Germany would risk a new war with the French while Russia is falling apart, all while still recovering from the effects of the war.
