I've have an opinion of players choosing to play third world nations and then get outraged when they discover that latin ones are still better....

Precisely, which is why it is so tempting to convert now because of the modifiers. But that is gamey, and we would prefer to be able to roleplay without getting big negative modifiers.

well what fun there is in roleplaying if you are still in "effect" same as the latin and Christian nations? Couldn't you just roleplay the muslem part alltogether and remained in game technical wise as christian in the Ck as well (and we would have been shorter need to use this lovely mod)?
But I agree its bit pointless thing to argue, but I am one of those people who likes to play with the limitations of the game instead of changing them to according someone's custom taste.
