Good news all round except for China. Now that the country's unified the Qing are a monster, the only way out I can see is if they decide they don't need the Germans any more. I doubt that'll be happening any time soon though with the Japanese sitting in Shangai.
It's good that the CSA is going down. I too was kinda wishing the Confederacy would die.![]()

@ Porkman: I'm sorry, but USA will still not be re-united for some time: Until Canada is a major power in North America, it's hardly to expect rise of strong and united USA. Well, things can change if Entente manages to defeat all of it's current enemies one day, and maybe faces schizm...

Entente against Internationale: Phase 8
Exhausted Colombians couldn't stand the pressure of Syndicalist hordes forever and soon Colombian frontline collapsed. Venezuelan and Brazilian forces advanced into Colombia and massive concentration of defenders were trapped in Quito. However, Syndicalist attacks were repelled by brave defense of exhausted Colombian troops. Leaders of Entente hoped and prayed that Colombians will manage to keep themselves alive in this ring of fire, and that Russians will manage to drag away enough Brazilian troops to allow Colombians to counter-attack in the future. However, Russians also seemed to be pinned down, as their armies were unable to make new moves against the enemy.
French air force was reinforced by new wing of close air support aircraft. Meanwhile, French troops surrounded and captured massive African city of Lagos.
Bastion of Syndicalism in Asia finally fell: Indian troops stormed the great city of Yangon and captured it. Many Syndicalists, together with their leadership, escaped into Siam via secret paths, or went underground in Burma. Socialist Indian state was now destroyed.
Situation in North America was gaining epilogue. Ironically, occupid Denver, capital of United States, was the last fortress of Combined Syndicates of America. French and Canadian troops quickly secured the city: Fortunately fast enough to prevent misterious convoy of trucks from leaving the city. When Entente troops secured the trucs, shocking discovery was revealed: Entire nuclear arsenal of Combined Syndicates was loaded on those vehicles. Luckily Entente prevented them from leaving for Mexico. However, Mexico still possessed nuclear weapons and leaders of Entente feared of possibility that Mexican leadership could decide to use those weapons of mass destruction.
When Denver was secured, Combined Syndicates stopped to exists. Many enemy troops surrendered to Entente, but some units rather retreated and continued to fight under Mexican command. American Syndicalist leadership fleed together with loyal troops. Canadians made provisional plan to set borders in liberated areas. This brought many grumbling from both US and Confederate side. It was decided that borders in North America will be formally decided after defeat of Mexico and Centroamerica.

Nice job smashing the Syndicalists and ending Obamunism. I understand that the USA is angry because Canada kept New England, but why is the Confederacy angry?![]()

It brings a great smile to my face to see the final defeat of the CSA. It is also satisfying to see my idea for the new North America to finally be taking shape.
Great job Asalto. Keep it up, and the Syndicalists will be no more.

With the fall of Bengal and the Combined Syndicates of America, Delhi can now send assistance to help their belaguered allies in Africa and America. It also brings up full focus southward towards Mexico and Centroamerica
Why did you even put nukes into the future Kaissereich? It makes the country ending wars ridiculous. If North Korea had been around in 1920, they would have been invaded and deposed in a heartbeat, but the ability to drop a nuke on Tokyo means the military option is off the table. Similarly, why wouldn't the CSA drop a nuke on Toronto? Or now that Mexico is pushed, why don't they? Or when Africa goes down, why not drop one on Algiers? The rule with nukes is that, if one side gets close to winning, both sides lose.
There hasn't been WW2, there was no imperative for a Manhattan project. Eventually they would have discovered them through civilian nuclear power and research, but I could see them being outlawed by a new round of Geneva conventions like chemical or biological weapons. They're hasn't been a situation where they were justifiably used so any country that builds them is contemplating a war crime. Imagine if China in OTL publicly announced they have smallpox bombs. Useful, sure. Devastating, undoubtedly. But just they're existence would be a war crime.
It would make things a lot more believable if all nuclear capable sides had decided in the 50's to ban nuclear weapons and testing. (You can actually do this because nukes will read on richter scales anywhere on the planet so it's impossible to actually test a nuke without someone knowing when and where.) Unlike WW2, all sides can see the genie and without an existential threat in the early 40's, they wouldn't let it out.
This actually makes a lot of sense if you look where the uranium is. Most of it is in Entente territory, especially the stuff discovered before WW1 so MittelEuropa, the Syndicalists and Japan would have threatened the Entente with total annihilation from all sources to prevent an arms race that the Entente would win. Without nukes, MittelEuropa preserves it advantage in conventional power as do the Syndicalists so they're happy. All sides would probably develop them in secret but they couldn't detonate them so they would all be more like OTL 1950's era bombs that may or may not work.

Mexico shouldn't last long now that all Entente forces in North America can be concentrated against it, the Internationale is effectively crippled now.
@ Porkman: Thanks for your input, honestly I didn't think a lot about nuclear options for this scenario(but in my previous MDS-KR AAR, Heirs of Weltkrieg, I made development of nukes avalible via civil nuclear research, I only put in some kind of ''moral ban'' which prevents all civilized nations from developing weapons on nuclear basis). But for this story, I thought that everyone would develop nukes anyway(even without WW2, they would get option to develop them in course of civilian programs, but this would take much more time than IOTL, as you already said). Well, for the sake of this story, let's just say that nuclear weapons were discovered and developed with help of civil programs(first nuclear reactor for industrial purposes, then accidental discovery of use of nuclear power for war aims), but bombs weren't really tested a lot(nations would observe such behaviour with critical eye), they were never used in war, and so they are still some kind of unreliable and experimental weapon, like IOTL 1950s, as you said.
Btw, according to Uranium Mining data you had posted, Mitteleuropa would still have chance to get enough uranium for nuclear weapons(Germany is only Mitteleuropa member with nukes, while it can get uranium from it's allies and colonies: Ukraine, Qing Empire and Namibia. However, let's stay with theory of experimental weapons. MDS-KR nukes wouldn't be so strong as in our modern world, and their use is questionable.

If I'm the the CSA and I have Canadians threatening to erase me off the map, "Questionable" becomes "Screw you guys, I'm taking you bastards down with me!"
You have too many nuclear armed states that are being pushed onto desperate ground by total war. Maybe a pledge by the other nuclear powers to kill the entire civilian population of any country who uses nukes. What's the incentive that keeps Steve P. Crazy Dictator from pressing that button when he's about to lose everything anyway?

@ Porkman: Well, I guess that CSA wouldn't take such a risk, as they are probably following ''We are all Americans'' philosophy. Despite being Syndicalists, this doesen't mean they are insane manifestation of pure Evil. However, I'm not sure about Mexico though, but Fidel is now very ill(game is currently approaching 2010) and his brother Raul who is less radical has bigger role now. I'm pressuming that Syndicalists would still hope for diffrent solution before activating such weapons. Maybe it wasn't very good idea to put nukes in MDS-KR world, but I'll keep them in, they give some flavour of modern world to the game, and I can always find a reason to prevent their use if neccessary. I have already made scenario for Syndicalist nukes before, so those issues won't affect this story too much.
Entente against Internationale: Phase 9
Joint military operation is launched in Puerto Rico: Aided by Confederate Navy, Caribbean troops under command of Australian general invade Venezuelan occupied island. Enemy is anihilated and Caribbean island is liberated.
French republic deploys two squadrons of brand new strategic bombers. French troops achieve new victories against African Syndicalists, but troops of Union of Africa then manage to stop the French advance.
The tide now turned against the Mexico. Entente armies, mostly made out of Confederate and US troops, pushed against Mexican positions. Mexican forces in Nevada were surrounded and neutralized, Confederates moved to the South and captured important city of Monterrey. Mexico City soon followed and Mexican capital was moved to Guadalajara. ANZAC soon assaulted this city in attempt to cut enemy supply lines between the North and South. City was defended by Centroamerican armoured brigade, consited of outdated tanks. Centroamerican unit that came from Socialist Republic of Guatemala.
Despite successes in the North, tragedy happened in the South: Colombians couldn't bear enemy pressure any more, and massive army of exhausted Colombian soldiers surrendered to Syndicalist forces. Such dreadful event forced Colombian president that was stationed in Cuba in time of disaster to resign: Goverment in exile was established by General Caballero, who managed to retreat from the trap with few of other Colombian officers. This event gave more hope to Syndicalists and Castro brothers temporary canceled the devilish plan that would be used in case of Entente further advance into Mexico.

The loss of Colombia is sad but it isn't exactly a huge blow in the grand scheme of things seeing as you're winning on every other front. The only problem left is whatever 'devilish plan' the Mexicans have cooked up, soon enough they're going to have nothing left to lose so they may as well launch their plan.
