    I have several questions:

    1. How is randomization being added to a building, for example, to a wolf dan?
    1a. What is the difference between R(randomisation) and S(super randomisation, or whatever)?

    2. What does F3>Trigger>condition>SCRIPT represent? How is it different from Commands>SCRIPT? What does that represent?

    3. What is F3>Trigger>Commands>BRANCH needed for? How is it useful?

    4. What is F3>Trigger>Commands>CON needed for? How is it useful?

    5. What is F3>Trigger>Commands>POCKET needed for? How is it useful?

    6. Is it possible to condition a spawned creature (prog spawn or generic spawn) with more than 1 tag? If yes, how?

    7. What do the following F7 functions represent:

    - extender
    - impulse
    - tear

    - building tag
    - entity seller tag
    - m2sensor tag
    - script tag
    - sound tag
    - snd_props tag
    - texmod tag
    - view tag
    - visialstatemanager tag
    - volumes tag

    8. is it possible to disable randomization for trade posts and temples?

    9. is it possible to condition an AI controlled building to research a potion/artifact at certain event?

    10. is it possible to condition AI kingdom to set flags?

    11. What is F2>edifice function for?

    Any chance we could get a how to or walkthrough on creating our own map? I have played with the editor and it is difficult to figure out how to make even a basic map to me.

    Editor Trouble

    I'm having some serious issues with the map editor on Kingmaker. It loads by a series of partial loading bars with screenshot backgrounds in between just black screen. Then I'm in the editor, but there's just darkness. The land tab (2) is unavailable, and no matter what I change in settings and preferences I can not get there to be any land or ground.

    I've tried downloading several patches from several places each. I've beens searching on forums and google all night but I can't find anything. The editor crashes frequently when I click stuff, not that it matters because I can't even get started.

    I basically bought the expansion for the map editor, and it pains me so to be unable to even try. What should I do?

    The editor was free with patch 1.3.

    In the very top right of the editor, there's a button that says "MAP:". Click it and you can load a map or make a new map. Once you do that you won't get the black screen anymore.

    Well, I guess I'm still curious about the scripting facilities that come with the editor... any specific info about that? I mean, is there a specialised higher-level-language being used, e.g, Lua?

    The same way as SP maps. Just add human players instead of AI players.
