When I experienced the broken mess that HoI3 1.0 was, I resolved to myself not to buy V2 upon release, but wait and see whether it works. However, given the continuous stream of fantastic news from the dev diaries, I'm not so sure I can resist getting it asap, despite knowing how irrational it would be.

I remember when i first bought Vicky1 how annoyed i was beacuse things werent working, POPs being messed up big time in the beginning and such. But i had fun with it for a while just learning the game and experimenting some, then i put it on the shelf until there was some patches and some mods. After that i had a lot more fun playing it. It got totally awesome after a while. Gonna buy it as soon as i can. I dont care about price drops or whatnot, i only care about patches arriving fast
