well, it looks as if in the strategic map if you proceed to the units engaged phase where the game asks you to sellect an area for sim combat.. going bac kt o the main screen, or intering after going to windows locks the restart button.. no idea why.. wad or bug???

The red flag button is active only if you do not want to restart an operation.

This has to be a bug. The restart button is only active when the light next to the operation is yellow.

Unless this is a translation error, but according to the manual, D is resume and E is restart.

This made for exclude accidental operation restart with loosing all operation progress. You need to finish operation first. You can "finish" operation at any time in global operation statistic menu.

terminate the operation on stat screen then restart the operation on the main menu.
