Could someone please help and tell me how can I backup the game's setup? I thought it would like for other titles I've purchased at Gamersgate (download, launch the installer, at that moment enter the GG temp folder and copy the setup file somewhere else) but, when I launch AP:K1943's installation, desktop and taskbar disappear due to a wallpaper of the game, actually preventing me do access the setup.exe file.
Any thoughts? Thank you for your help!

Just "Alt+TAB" during the installation to switch back to Windows explorer. Or press the "Windows" key.
Yes, thanks, already tried, but to no result (program won't let me go back to desktop).

Well you can also press "Windows+M" to minimize all windows.
