This part is a more doctrinally specific. Consists of 3 groups of doctrines:
Green Water Navy (green water ops, coastal area denial, littoral warfare)
Blue Water Navy (blue water ops, concentrated choke point, assassin's mace)
Global/Deep Blue Navy (command the seas, co-op seapower, air-sea doctrine)
last tech of each should unlock 1 other doctrine. So Green water navy aspires to be a blue water navy, blue water wants to be a global power & global power wants to refocus on littoral/green water warfare. This in effect very realistically represents current naval doctrinal themes developing worldwide..
