Use my setup and events, and only use that mod to fill out your events with what is missing from my fatherland adaptation. If you plan on adding/changing other things them PM me. Please don't use the Olympics. Also I dropped the events to rebuild Berlin as irrelevant. I was thinking maybe the fatherland scenario could be modded a bit to make it possible (as one of the possible paths) that it would NOT result in fatherland as per the book, but have the chance of instead ending up with the 64 mod initial setup

It would appear that you actually have a more recent version of "Original Fatherland" than I do. Something involving a potential world war over the Arabian peninsula was definitely missing from the version I had. Would you mind posting the link?
The main thing I was thinking of in relation to 1964 mod was the possibility that the Soviet Union, instead of remaining the wounded bear that it is in fatherland, would instead go on a rampage of conquest and come back, as a major Asian power, possibly in conjunction with Communist China or even as a Eurasian power that has cores on Siberia, Mongolia and China. I'd probably have to play-test the USSR, though to implement this.
Bugs I've found in 0.12:
- I can research Advanced Nuclear Subs without having researched the previous tech, and I can't research the rest of that part of the tech tree.
- There's a bunch of random techs in the Navy tech tree that I can't research, they all stop at a certain point and I can't research them anymore, the only Navy tech tree I've finished is the carrier one.
- In the Air doctrines tech tree, the last bunch of stuff, Strategic bomber stuff I think, I can't research it.
- In Secret weapons, I can't research Nuclear Cruisers
- Some of the Inventions in Secret Weapons won't unlock, even when I research the proper things.

All you need to do is copy the folder, overwriting as needed. I would copy into a separate installation folder. Do you have a zip or rar file for your version?
One of the reasons for suggesting cores for the Soviets in China is to deal with the unfortunate game unbalancing caused by AoD's 10 tech teams.
Now did you get Russia and Turkestan to join you? Demand territory? Conquest?

You definitely don't need/want the Colonization file (already included Generalplan Ost), Olympics (buggy and questionable), nuclear war (already covered by my own nuclear authorization procedure), auslagerung (pointless and doesn't do anything but slow down the game), colonial release, or any of the files that are clearly just copied from the vanilla.
Any references to MAN in any files should be changed to U13
Also in the flavor file, suggest eliminating events that just deal with the building of German units--especially the ships. You don't need ANY technology related files or the secret weapons files.
Anyway you have a MUCH more advanced version of fatherland than I had previously possessed. Suggest working on the files one at a time and posting them as you go along.
Just as a clarification, for the version I had, the universal complaint was that it crashed after 6 months. I also wanted one that did not completely overwrite the tech tree with one that is not compatible with a normal game. I won't have time to playtest your version for a while and want to simply put the files into fatherland for AoD. This could be later back-ported later to HOI2 DDA, for play to at least 1963.
