I did an research on the events of Qing Empire and I saw a Chain of events that may give me AOG without a fight.
Yes, once certain conditions are met (I think the defeat of Warlords in the region and an alliance with Germany) results in the possibility of a 'The Qing has become much stronger, give them the AoG?' event firing.
Just wait on my update, But (Spoiler warning) I have already manage to get AoG and Yunnan Clique Peacefully without a fight
The Newborn Dragon
Shanqing Tianguo was defeated. The rebel leader Zhang Tianran is arrested and is now escorted towards Beijing by Zhang Xueliang and Duan Qirui. After walking through the provinces that was previously controlled by Shanqing

Puyi was pleased by the victorious of this war and mostly impressed by the well planned strategical assaults laid by Duan Qirui and Zhang Xueliang and gave them a big reward.
He also promoted the other officers who fought in this glorious battle.
After arriving in Beijing. A trial was held for all the rebel leaders of Shanqing Tianguo. According to the laws of Qing Empire, Zhang Tianran, along with the other rebel leader will be executed. Before the Trial could complete, Wang Zuanxu, Zhang Xueliang and the Head of Government Xu Shichang came to talk to Puyi.

Longyun's Commission, THE NEW QING DYNASTY
The AOG base in southern China have fallen and the land have been reunited with the mighty Qing empire. Germany have lost their strongest grip on Asia and the economy have been hurt. Meanwhile other events are taking place. An emergency meeting in Berlin considering this was held.

Kaiser Wilhelm, the Foreign minister Friedrich-Werner von der Schulenberg and Otto Meissner went to china to meet with Puyi, Wang Zuanxu and Wang Kemin and deliver the ultimatum.
Puyi agreed to meet with Wilhelm in Nanjing Germany ambassador office. As the German arrived at the office in Nanjing Puyi and he's personals have already arrived and waiting on the German emperor and he's personal. When Wilhelm showed up in the office, Nearly all the personals bowed down to welcome Kaiser Wilhelm, Except for Puyi, Kemin and Zuanxu. Kaiser wilhelm stared at Puyi who stared back. Both eyes where glowing with the power of men.Then Kaiser Wilhelm opened he's mouth and said: "Not bad kid. Looks like you've grown alot."
"You have gotten older to, old man" Puyi replayed.
This scene witnessed by the ambassador and the meeting personals of both side marked told Kaiser Wilhelm that this was not longer the Qing Empire that they recreated, This is a new born Qing Empire.
Now when every attendant sat around a round table, the meeting have started. The German demanded that Qing Empire shall accept their trades and in change, they shall have the Southern China.
"This will help us both, a rejection might cause war between the both countries."
After hearing their demands everyones attention was turned to Puyi.
After i little pause, Puyi answered with a smile.
"What if I really did refuse this ultimatum? Do you really want to cause a full-scale war between us?"
"What do you mean?" Kaiser Wilhelm looked seriously at Puyi. "Will you really take that risk? We are the once who gave you back the power in China, You will never have been the leader of China if it we didn't restore the Qing Empire."
"It's true, You where the once who restored my power. I really owe you for that, but I'm the Emperor of Qing Empire and her people, I have to do what I have to do, the Chinese have been enslaved by you Europeans for many years now and they're longing for Freedom. As their Emperor, I will lead them to that freedom, I will bring them freedom and liberty."
"So you're refusing our demands?" Kaiser Wilhelm looked at Puyi and then understood inside he's heart that this isn't the same kid who lost he's throne nearly 30 years ago.

Back in Asia, Another war was breaking out between the factions in India

The same goes for the Research and Technology Development team. The Empire can now afford to develop more technologies and researches more effectively and faster.
Today, Qing Empire have risen from the shadow of corruption into a World power. Even though, this Country is still far away from Reunion also a battle to fight- Japan.
As everything was happening.
A reporter rushed into Puyi's office with reports about that the Africans are revolting against the National France. Now they have broken free from the French oppression.
Then another reporter rushed in and reported that New Guinea have declared independence from National France and that National France are declaring war against the rebells.

"We just lost our base in southern asia, We need to take action about this to please our people". Kaiser Wilhelm said.
As the meeting ended, Decision was made that Germany will persuade Puyi with an Ultimatum that several trade agreements will be made so that the economical problem will be solved.
Kaiser Wilhelm, the Foreign minister Friedrich-Werner von der Schulenberg and Otto Meissner went to china to meet with Puyi, Wang Zuanxu and Wang Kemin and deliver the ultimatum.
Puyi agreed to meet with Wilhelm in Nanjing Germany ambassador office. "Do whatever you want to, If you plan to aim your guns against China, I will aim back. I'm not longer the kid who you returned the throne to. Today I'm Xuantong Emperor, The leader of the People of Dragon. And I'm ready to fight for the peoples freedom."
After hearing this, Kaiser Wilhelm lowered he's head and began to laugh. After a while he said. "Very well, in that case, I will not bother you anymore"
The meeting ended and Kaiser Wilhelm took the fastest plane heading back to Germany, Von der Schulenberg asked Wilhelm. "Eure Majestät Wilhelm, What's our next move? Shall we mobilize our army and prepare for war?"
"Let them go, We can't afford a war against QIng Empire. They have gotten stronger, Didn't you sense the aura of Puyi? He got more self determination then before, The same with the Country. A War might take forever and we'll surely lose if the Ententes or the International blends in."
And so, a full-scale war was avoided. This event also marked cut off German control over Qing Empire to the World.
Back in europe, Things are getting hotter.
As the Sicilians moved their capital to Roma in their newly conquered territory of Italian Federation. Now Italy is reunited under the flag of Republic of the Sicilies.
Back in Asia, Another war was breaking out between the factions in India

back in Qing Empire. With the reunion with AOG, The Industrial Capacity, Boosted by the Industry areas of the new territory, is now capable of producing a strong army in much shorter time. The production have gotten alot easier and much more effective.
The same goes for the Research and Technology Development team. The Empire can now afford to develop more technologies and researches more effectively and faster.
Today, Qing Empire have risen from the shadow of corruption into a World power. Even though, this Country is still far away from Reunion also a battle to fight- Japan.
As everything was happening.
A reporter rushed into Puyi's office with reports about that the Africans are revolting against the National France. Now they have broken free from the French oppression.
Then another reporter rushed in and reported that New Guinea have declared independence from National France and that National France are declaring war against the rebells.
Puyi have decided to ignore Africa for now but another news from Germany reached Puyi: shortly after the meeting about AOG a moving based on Mein Kampf was released, Unser kampf.
Even though it's success, Puyi and the Government have decided NOT to watch it and allow to import it into the Empire

"I agree, Long yun have no knowledge about our situation, If we threatens him, He will understand. Hopefully we can win this affair without fire but a battle isn't too risky, Our army have far surpassed he's."
The next day in Kunming
"Lord Long Yun! Puyi have threatened US! What's our Decision"
Long yun thought about a minute and then said. "We shall gave in, Arrange a meeting with the Emperor."
Puyi and Wang Kemin arrived at the Meeting Table in Kunming the next day.
Long yun Began to talk.
"I've heard about that you seek to reunite China, Your Majesty."

Good show! Are all of the Chinese factions as powerful as the Qing in KR? Nationalist china would kill to have a skill 6 tech team in vanilla.
Idk. Qing Empire is a strong faction if human controlled. The same goes with the others I think. The Qing AI is quite corrupted once and almost Worth less but the human controlled Qing Empire can be stronger then Even Japan.
I don't know, I've only tried out Qing Empire and Shanqing Tianguo.

The Dragon and the Wolf- Beginning
Puyi stood on the gates of the forbidden city and was looked out the new Qing Dynasty and her citizens. The disappointment and displease was almost been washed away since the day of the reunion with the southern china. The citizens may have understand now that their emperor is not a stubborn child puppet anymore. He's their leader, their brave emperor who have set his mind on reuniting china and make her stronger then it ever been.
The streets look different now compared to 2 years ago. It's more modern and it is filled with new life.
But there is still many things that have to be done. Like driving out the mongols to the north and the Japanese in Manchuria. Considering Mongolia
Just two days after the rebirth of the empire, Xibei San Ma was defeated, and Ma Hongkui's entire territory have been occupied by the Mongols and Tibetans.
On the next parliamentary meeting:
"What's our action considering Mongolia?" Puyi Asked.
"Their Territory is now greater then before now that they have annexed the entire Islamic area originally controlled by Xibei Sanma." said the foreign minister Wang Zuanxu. "We need to arm our troops and prepare to counter a mongolian assault."
"I agree with the foreign minister" Said the Chief of Army Wu Peifu
"Let's get it done then" said Zhang Xueliang
Puyi standed up
"I agree, That Sternberg may seek to expand the Mongolian territory at the cost of our Empire, A war maybe unavoidable." He said
"But some of the Mongolian territory is originally ours, Let's try for a negotiation."
Puyi hesitated a bit, and said.
"Very well, Let's try for a negotiation and look for a peace full way to get back what is rightfully ours, but we can't still be unprepared for a coming war between our sides." Puyi glanced at the foreign minister.
"Wang Zuanxu, Find a meeting time for us and Sternberg."
He then turned over to Wu Peifu and Zhang Xueliang.
"If a war is triggered, We got no choice but fight, prepare our army for a mongolian defensive."
On September:
A good meeting time have been arranged by Wang Zuanxu, And a request is sent to Mongolia

He arrived early in Beijing.
When arriving at the negotiation table, he was met by Puyi, Wang Kemin and Wang Zuanxu. They sat down, the servants served them some tea and the negotiation began.
"So, You want to negotiate over our territory?"
"Yes, that's right" Puyi answered.

"Tell me, Why do you think that I'll hand all of that to you? Do you think I came all the way here just to get insulted?"
"We never planned to insult you." said Puyi
"I have no plans on giving you those territory, I've conquered them with my army and I'll never hand them over, peacefully."
Sternberg turned he's back and was walking out from the meeting room.
Before exiting.
"We wouldn't give you our territory but I want yours, and I wouldn't let you get away easy for this insult, This means war Puyi!"
Sternberg marched out of the meeting room. Puyi and he's politicians looked at each other then Puyi commanded: "Prepare our armies."
Before leaving the meeting room, Wang Kemin commented: "What a Short tempered Leader."
