China and ROM mainly (including a small raid in Wang Jingweis realm).
NOTE:
I removed a lot of HoNs for landlocked nations like LUX or TIB. you will need the image "vacant.bmp" one time in your pic folder. it is green and can be found in
colour_v42/z - AoD/gfx/interface/pics.
this will remove a lot of Heads of navy from the game. it will not effect events.

i can tell because i made the very same mistake a couple of days before (that is why there is a Yu Hanmou Tech Team in CHI - it was first meant as Chen Jitan for Guanxi. when i figured it out i decided to leave it in the package).

as for the Wang Jingwei Regime, i made a little ministers list which i corrected while i uploaded the new version (fixed typos and added 3 ministers; the original list can be found in the CHI folder):
i have all images i wanted, just the initial chief of staff - Xiao Shuxuan - is missing.
EDIT: and well, all traits etc are of course fantasy, ATM i'm glad if i can get the men together (with images).
