Friends, many have alleged that the policies of VGIF are "Insane". I will answer some of the claims that our honorable colleagues have made. They have equated us to "surgeons with a zweihander", and call our policy absurd. The fact of the matter is gentlemen that Germany is an industrial superpower. we have the greatest scientists and the greatest factories. Combined with an expansionist military policy we will make Germany under the Kaiser a nation to be FEARED! we are surrounded by the syndicalist foe on all sides, and even Russia may yet fall to Bolshevism. Germany should not be built on the backs of one portion of the German people, for to do so is to say that not all German peoples are equal. we are a Germany UNITED! NOT a GREATER PRUSSIA! We believe in one Germany for all Germans. We will defend our Germany using the best we have, our technology and our manpower. We will hold in the East, We will hold in the West. We will not fall to Syndicalists, For we will keep the Watch! The Watch on the Rhine!

Our Fatherland is under attack from Syndicalism on all fronts. I see that some parties are seeking to destroy Austria-Hungary under excuse of greater Germany. This must not happen! Austria-Hungary is not German state, it is empire of all nations that are living under crown of Habsburgs. Habsburgs are German dinasty, but their people of all nationalities are equal, Austrian Germans, Hungarians, Czechs, Slovaks, Slovenians, Serbs, Ruthenians, Croats, Poles, Montenegrians, Italians, Romanians... Austrian Kaiser is emperor of all his people.
