b) Aim for small encirclements to slowly wear down the foe
c) Defend, taking 10 enemy with each 1 man you lose, using the terrain to your advantage
d) Aim for one MASSIVE encirclement aimed at the weaker parts of the enemy line

a) the contimuation of a strong Kaiser. Even though Germany is a democratic nation, the office of the monarch must remain strong and firm. DNVP is against Parliamentarism, and feel the German people are better of with a government picked by the monarch.
b) Continuation of a democratic reichstag as a advisory body. The DNVP support democratic elections and see democracy as an integral part of the German State Culture.
c) Outlaw all Socialist groups! Socialism is an undemocratic ideology bent on luring the poor workers into a Tyranny of Oppression. The DNVP sees Syndicalism and Socialism as threats to the German culture and identity itself. We are talking about an ideology used by thugs to raise hordes of bandits. They were able to destroy the nations of Britain, France and Italy. They further almost destroyed Russia. The so called politcal left is nothing but a vermin to society.
d) Support the German Kultur!! What do we see in berlin nowadays. Foreign infleunces. Music, arts, literature inspired by America or the Syndicalist block. This is not what we fought the Weltkrieg for!! We must learn our youngs to read the German classics and visit Wagner operas. We must crush this culture of destruction, and once again strive for an education of the good classic german culture, and the fostering of healthy nationalis attitudes. We must also support the churches more. Too many good Protestants or Catholics don't follow the Good Scripture and indulge in sinful behaviour. We must show the churches of Germany that the statew is behind them in their quest to ward their flocks to become good Christian German Cititzens.
e) Reapproach Austria!!!
We have neglected our German brothers in Austria for too long, the old alliance with the Habsburgs must be reestablished. Pan- Germanism is the only good weapon against Syndicalism.

Our BROTHERS in Austria would be better off incorporated directly into the GREATER GERMAN REICH!

Pardon the question, I just want to make sure I understand how this is run. Forumers form/organize parties, which control Germany in game from election to election. That would include things such as production, diplomacy, intelligence, force deployment and war execution, and technology?

And to join a party, you talk to that party's head/organizers?

Countrymen,

even in these dark days, where Germany is the sole light in the darkness, politics still come before solutions! Parties bicker over the most trivial things, disagreeing with eachother on principle! Germany can not continue this way.

To our democratic friends, whether on the left or the right we say: join us in our fight for real solutions, not political games. Any party truly dedicated to democracy, freedom, workers rights and economic reform will have a friend in us. Let us fight together instead of against eachother.

To the undemocratic threats to our system, syndicalist, far-right, or GLORY-based we say: the time has come for true change, the people a Germany where people can live freely and without fear. Weltreich was formed by radical thinkers of a new ideology durring the syndicalists rise to power in Germany's neighbors. Taking from Karl Marx, members of Weltreich seek to unite the world via a technocracy, valuing scientific progress above all else.

However, this new ideology has several oddities on its platform. It manages to be both social liberal and authortarian at the same time. While individual freedom has been deemed desireable, it must be subservant to state efforts at improving the affairs of everyone durring times of emergency. Also, while Weltreich aknowledges the merits of democracy, the ideology itself is not nessisarily friendly to democracy, going for a technocracy instead, as previously mentioned.

Finally, while Weltreich prefers to focus on social issues and the betterment of society, they are not above, and actualy encourage, the conquest of countries unfriendly to their ideology. Weltreich is sympathetic to the syndicalist countries.

At the end of the day, Weltreich can be considered left of social liberal, but more authoritarian then the traditional conservitive parties, with militarism on par with the same parties.
