Still, they only need a few more votes for other parties and they're going to have to negotiate with some minor party.

It's time to renounce Socialism. It's time to act in Germany's favour. It's time to vote for DNVP, the nationalist choice.

True, true. But we have to remember that many PCP's members have not used their second vote. This means those votes can be used to bolster either LCP or some third minor party in order to secure victory. Personally I think that PCP, LCP and DNVP could form a formidable government that would have strong position in the Reichstag, 57% of the seats if we use latest update.

the PCP/LCP is leading indeed, but there are still two full days left after today, so anything can still happen. Right now most of the people already tied to a party have cast their votes according to their party strategy, right now we're hoping for new members and independents to come in and cast a lot of votes. The election outcome is still far from clear at this point

I have seen some votes that are not correct made, will they be counted or not?
I mean some are not in size 4, bold or centred.

    A example:

Well, we're not going to be jackasses on layout details, so don't worry . We ask for the unified layout because it makes it very easy to spot what the comments are and what the votes are, nothing more. We do encourage to use the center 4pt, else you might risk having your post looked over because we didn't notice it during counting.

On another note, we just sent out invitations to several moderators, and prominent HOI3 and EU3 AARlanders. With this, we hope they'll mention us in their AARs and we'll see an influx of independent voters and new electorate. Better hold on to those coalitions guys, as this election is far from being over

Did we forget to tell you, that after the elections we are going to ally with the Syndicalists to finally abandon monarchy and embrace the Dictatorship of the Proletariat. The next step will consist of establishing a state controlled economy and driving out all these pesky capitalists and merchants that feed off the sweat of our brave german workers

On a more serious vote I'm rooting for a conservative/centrist victory!

You traitors This means we will have to ally with populists

So am I. But if government has something like 7 members, how it's members can communicate with each other? A new social group or PMs?

Incidentally, I think that for the next round of elections you should have to cast both your votes at the same time, or abstain.

MSN, PMs, a social group... every government is kindof free to decide how it will communicate, we won't interfere there. We'll explain more about how we'll organise the government-influences-ingame system when the elections end.

Not sure. I think the current system works pretty well: It gives people an idea of how the elections are progressing but you can never be sure untill we close and count the final score. As we said before: We count what we see when voting closes, all abstaining votes will go to the largest party. If the player has already voted for the largest party, it goes to the second largest, etc

Oh, and does anyone know some good graph making tools, or a way to export Word 2009 graphs to graphic images? We could use those for the final count representation.

all abstaining votes will go to the largest party.
Ouch, that's a terrible idea! Makes governments way too stable I'd say make abstentations simply wasted, or assign them randomly

    Then don't abstain any votes

Addendum to the last note (and this is kindof a message to Zauberfloete): Does Kaiserreich have a wikipedia-style map made up we could use? I've been searching around the KR wiki but haven't found one.

    Cheers,
