It is contemporaly flag. The picture is recent, I had to cut the below part because of the cars parking there...
And. TT takeover is not considered to be standard, thus we should not take it into account.

Ok, then I go for your picture. Its a job well done.

It seems that I found him :)

Grats! Is he the one shaking hand with Petain?

On another note, Sergey Gorshkov should be renamed Sergei Gorshkov, and I think we should change the picture to the one Stalkov made for Ukraine:
ab809b388e42ad7344fef4c73ce81.bmp

Both nations should have the same picture IMO, if it is of the same person.

Done

I see Jean Romatet picture in the file, does this mean you will implement him as the TT I suggested?

I think I have managed to find him. Please see my previous post. The issue is the the pic is copyrighted

I think that is the picture Paradox used to make his Leader photo with...

Personally I don't see how it would be breaking the copyright. You are not using the entire picture, you are just using his face. You are not exhibiting the entire picture as yours.

I see where you asked for a picture, ask the guy if you can use it.

Hit a goldmine tonight, a site dealing with Middle Eastern Airforces!

Afghanistan:

20sd8c1.jpg

Name: Afghan Air Force
Skill: 1
Traits: Piloting, Aircraft Testing, Aeronautics and Mechanics
Years Active: 1930-1970
Notes: I am aware that this team has already been added however, it dosen't do justice to the situation. I suggest giving it the four specialties above. Also the current picture is of the Royal Standard that was on the Kings Plane, not a military Roundel. Try to get as much of the plane as you can, but focus on the tail and fuselage where the markings are.

Iraq:

j09pgo.jpg

Name: Royal Iraqi Air Force
Skill: 2
Traits: Piloting, Aircraft Testing, Fighter Tactics, Bomber Tactics and Mechanics
Years Active: 1930-1970
Notes: The vanilla Paradox TT isn't well researched. I have added Aircraft Testing and Mechanics. I also have the picture to replace the Roundel. Get as much of the aircraft as you can, but focus on the tail and fuselage.

Persia:

15pfhx5.jpg

Name: Imperial Iranian Air Force
Skill: 1
Traits: Piloting, Aircraft Testing, Fighter Tactics, Aeronautics and Mechanics
Years Active: 1930-1970
Notes: Persia didn't have an Air Doctrine team so here is one. Get as much of the plane as you can, but focus on the tail and fuselage, where the insignia is.

Saudi Arabia:

295d8cn.jpg

21jnm0y.jpg

Name: Royal Saudi Air Force
Skill: 1
Traits: Piloting, Aircraft Testing, Aeronautics and Mechanics
Years Active: 1930-1970
Notes: They didn't have a doctrine team before. Try to use the first one, but if it cannot be made to look sufficiently antiquated then use the second one. For both focus on the Roundels, but for the first one get just the tail, so we can't see the museum, and the second get as much of the plane as you can but (i'm sure I'm a broken record) focus on the tail and fuselage.

Yemen

25q92qr.jpg

Name: Yemen Air Force
Skill: 1
Traits: Piloting, Aircraft Testing, Aeronautics and Mechianics
Years Active: 1930-1970
Notes: They didn't have a doctrine team before. Try to focus on the middle of the image with the engine and mechanics.

Note, the names may be long, but they are the official english translation of the names as they were at the beginning of the game (1936). Sorry if I am bossy about the images, but I feel more important than the plane is the actual markings of the Airforce.

done. please check them out

done. please check them out

Royal Saudi Airforce should be a skill 1, not two. We were going to make the Persian Airforce a skill 2.

Also take away Fighter tactics away from Saudi and Yemen.

Yemen should be worst than Saudi Arabia for this reason I have assigned respectively skill 1 and 2. Why do you want to remove fig tactics?

Yemen and Saudi Airforces were nowhere near the Persian's and Iraqi's in terms of quality and capability. Both of their airforces at the starting period were nothing more then trainers. They mostly flew recon, and very little fighter's were possesed. If you think they should have fighter tactics, that is fine, but Saudi and Yemen should both be level one and Persia level two.

As Pionere pointed out, the Persian Airforce was quite large, and possesed many fighters. It saw some air combat in the Anglo-Soviet Invasion in 1941.

Suggestions...

Abd al-Qadir al-Husayni
abdalqadiralhusayni.png
[/IMG]
Starting year 1936 – 1948? Or 1970 that’s up to the community of this TT project.

Skill level 2 or 3, management, small unit’s tactics, training, individual courage and decentralized execution.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abd_al-Qadir_al-Husayni

John Bagot Glubb
johnbagotglubbtt.png
[/IMG]
Starting year 1948 to 1970.

Training, combined arms, centralized exec and infantry focus.
Level 5 because he was renowned for making the best Arab legion at its time, from wikapeida: During the 1948 Arab–Israeli War the Arab legion was considered the strongest Arab army
involved in the war. Glubb led the Arab Legion across Jordan to occupy the West Bank.
In a sense he would also be TT for Joradan instead.

Done. Added Bagot with skill 4 to Jordanian and Palestine

Ok. I'm going to change the skill and remove the speciality

May I propose that file names should not have non-standard English letters?
I know that Windows tolerate it, but it can still mess up things. So for example Ostereichise, Shroedinger etc.

The one in the minister topic works. I will comment it. They have overdone it a bit I think (I have seen overdone Hungarian TT file, I do understand national sentiment, but seriously do any minor country need 5 industrial team or 3-5 naval yards?)
36 TTs. But it seem all have pics.
