NOTE: It was reported that there is also some crippled version of the retail game which is sold with a manual in partly Czech, partly English and partly Hungarian and moreover only in half of the length of the original, so be careful of what you are buying.

Go to your HoI directory, open settings.txt with text editor like notepad, change your French or something to one like this:
gui={
language=l_english
}
Haven't tested but it should work.. Backup old settings.txt still if it doesn't work for some reason.

There is fix in Tech support. Some1 screwed up 1.3 patch for Steam (1.1c and 1.2 were OK) - try my fix in tech support(after you apply my fix your HoI3 will be exactly the same as retail and GamersGate version).

Hi and welcome to the forum, You'll have to patch it up yourself. The manual can be found in the HoI3 - FAQ forum.
 
Hey Paradox, are you guys still attempting to bring HoI3 out on the Dutch market? I keep asking and being send away from stores.
