I doubt such an outcome is possible, due to Japanese losing much more territory to Russians than Germans. Technically, Germans only seized Taiwan, Iwo Jima and the pacific islands: rest of ROC and German gains is former Qing and Legationist territory, it's the Russians who took Manchuria and Korea.

Dont' forget that Entente still exists.

*cough*
…Approximately at 13:00, the governmental train, in which President Chernov and Prime Minister Tsereteli of the Menshevik Party were traveling to Moscow as part of their re-election campaign went off the tracks due to a powerful explosion, around 1 km away from the station Bologoe.
In the chaos that erupted at the crash site, two undistinguished men sneaked inside the presidential carriage and shot the wounded Prime Minister dead. President Chernov was driven to Moscow Botkin Hospital, but the operation on his gunshot wound failed and he died of blood loss at 4:12 am, September 3.

- Lieber Gott!
- Seems like God Allmighty doesn’t help the left, Your Majesty – finished Minister Smetona and closed the file.
- So what’s going to happen with the elections, then? – wondered King Mindaugas.
- Oh, do not worry, sir, they’ve been taken care of already. – Smetona opened another file and read aloud. – General Anton Denikin, a veteran of the Weltkrieg, Russian Civil War and now a hero of the Asian War, seized control of St. Petersburg and took power in the country in his and the Russian Army’s hands. He made an official speech, citing, that “The elections will be held legally and freely as soon as order in our ill-fated country has been restored, that is, no earlier than 1942”. He received major support from the reactionary industrialists, who used to be constantly bugged by the Menshevik government, and the Church, because, as I previously said, God doesn’t favour the left. Denikin already received Patriarch Mikhail Polskiy’s blessings as the protector of Russia. For now.

Mindaugas smiled.
- So, in general, that’s a positive update, right?
- More positive then negative, Your Majesty. General Denikin already stated that Russia will keep by all the international obligations and his meddling with the system of power is of temporary nature. There are riots, though, especially in the industrial regions, where workers are worried they will lose all the perks and benefits they received under Chernov.

Over 20,000 people came out on Ekaterinburg streets, for instance, demanding Denikin steps down and allows free elections at once.

The Army has been sent to deal with the rioters, and I expect things to calm down very soon. General Denikin is an icon for the Russian soldiers, the Army will gladly do whatever he orders them to do. Then again, Denikin isn’t a bloodthirsty maniac, he’s a Russian officer, enthusiastic, cunning and with his own code of honour.
- So what about the Warsaw Treaty, then? Will he represent Russia?
- Yes, Your Majesty, General Denikin expressed interest in the conference and already applied that he will come to Warsaw himself in order to discuss the issues of White Ruthenia and Ukraine.
- Peculiar. Leaving the country one week after he came to power? He risks a lot…

Warsaw, Lithuanian Commonwealth
September 20, 1940

Lithuanian Prime Minister Tubelis managed to grab the chairman seat for the new talks, this time a Warsaw Treaty governing the territorial influences of Germany, Lithuania, Russia and also Cossack Union in the Eastern Europe. At the private discussion, General Sikorski, General Denikin, Cossack General Andrey Shkuro were present, the Germans deciding Lithuanian participation would be good enough for the Alliance alone.

- So, Moscow's all fine with White Ruthenia and Ukraine dissappearing, they were stupid states anyway...but, gentlemen, we have our own territorial claims we would like satisfied. - said General Denikin, reclining in his seat and wiping sweat off his broad forehead.

General Sikorski turned to face the Russian.
- Only because you've got the largest army in the world and aren't afraid to use it?
- Only because we've got the largest army in the world and aren't afraid to use it, yes. - Denikin grinned.
- This is pure rabid blackmail.
- Heh, it sure is!

General Shkuro raised a hand.
- We Cossacks...
- Also want land, huh?
- Yes.
- Go ahead, I'm sorry - sighed Sikorksi.
- We want land, because Zaporozhye has always been a Cossack populated region, and despite them having been eradicated 200 years ago, our traditions in the region are still strong and people will support us. The same goes for Crimea.
- You do understand, General Shkuro, that you will get all that territory only provided you enter the war and have your Cossacks actually overrun someone?
- That's easy! - bellied Shkuro. Our boys will cleave the Ukrainians in half without any trouble or delay. Like wind through a broken window, shall we break through their defences!

General Sikorski sighed again and scribbled something down in his papers.
- General Denikin, what did you want from this...treaty?
- We want Kursk. And the adjascent lands, obviously.

The 1930's Ukraine managed to develop large iron deposit excavations both in Krivoy Rog in the east and Kursk in the north.

- Well, Generals, I must once again underline that the provisions of this Treaty will only come in power if Cossack and Russian armies actually attack the Ukrainian troops in your respective regions. Mitteleuropa doesn't throw gifts around, but it's an excellent partner if you do your share well.

In red lines, current borders of Ukraine and White Ruthenia. In orange - Lithuanian gains, in green - Russian, in blue - Cossack Union's claims.

... The Warsaw Treaty was signed and ratified during the next week, and it was kept in total secrecy. Whole territory of White Ruthenia would go over to Lithuanian Commonwealth, as well as Kiev and western Ukraine. Cossacks would receive Crimea and Zaporozhye region, Russians were to receive Russian-speaking regions around Kursk. This way, the major powers in the region agreed to divide the world again, twenty years after the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk.

Minsk had been capital city of independent White Ruthenia for 23 years already, Russians were driven out across the border. In Ukraine, however, large portion of Russian-speaking population remained, especially in rural northern areas and historically Russian Kursk.

Tomorrow: Information update on Internationale and Entente, as well as local alliances around the world and their attitude towards Mitteleuropa. Stay tuned!

You claim Russia was forced out but I doubt there was a heavly lithunain population and if you are claiming it due to historical significance, Russia should also have claims, make ruthenia a battle ground for a massive war

I don't claim anything, I am but a storyteller. ;)

The map shows what the sides to the treaty agreed to. For now, the cores will be relocated accordingly.

Moreover, Russians aren't in the best position for claiming territory Mitteleuropeans want for themselves - they have somewhere around 30% dissent and a core-less Central Asia to patrol.

yay, the commonwealth is starting to look as it used to :)
but will the lithuanians press claims for the western polish territories and go on collision course with the germans?

And thus, zombie Poland-Lithuania is resurrected from the ash heap of history! Rise, my minions!! :D

Since Krasnov is no Cossack himself, I propose a rename and flag change for the new, reborn Nogai Horde!

Grey - Mitteleuropa
Green - Lithuania as part of Mitteleuropa

The Mitteleuropa Alliance currently consists of Germany, Lithuania, the Republic of China (ROC), Free State Mittelafrika, United Baltic Dutchy and Flanders-Wallonien. Our joint military strength is rougly 250 divisions.

The Internationale currently consists of Combined Syndicates of America (CSA), French Commune, Union of Britain, Bengal India, Republic of Sicilies and Iran. Their armies, including militia and paramilitary organizations, number over 450 divisions.

As for the Entente, they consist of Canada, National France, Pacific States of America, Australasia, Mexico and the Central American states of United Provinces, Carribean Federation, Cuba, as well as Liberia. They have 205 divisions at their disposal.

Notes:

Eurasia and Afrika:
  • Ukraine applied for Internationale membership, but the French decided not to interfere with Mitteleuropean plans for now and ignored the eastern Syndicalists. Bengal joined the Internationale right after winning the Indian Civil War, at which point it proclaimed a crusade against non-syndicalist Asians and steamrolled Butan, Nepal and Afghanistan, annexing them.
  • Iran was annexed by Deli way back in 1936, and freed by victorious Bengal troops in 1939. Bengali organized a Radical Socialist government there and forced them to declare war on Azerbaijan.
  • You may also notice a Bolshevik Cyprus. No idea, really. I missed it all, guess Turkey had a lot of dissent at some point, Cyprus broke free, and Turkey didn't declare war against them. Cypriots have somehow managed to assemble 12 militia divisions while not being at war with anyone.
  • Not shown on the map are the Austrian United Kingdom - centralised monarchy of Austria, Hungary and Bohemia, Croatia becoming a completely independent country, and the Russian Far East Union, consisting of Russia, Mongolia and Korean Republic.

Americas:
  • CSA have joined the Internationale following their victory over USA in the American Civil War. Afraid for their independence, PSA and Mexico joined Canada in Entente. Futher diplomatic activities by the Canadians lured Cuba, also United Provinces (shown on the map with captured Panama and Honduras) and Carribean Federation.
  • Brasil and Centroamerica didn't join the Internationale. However, now that Centroamerica is subject to United Provinces and Mexican attack, Syndicalist Brasil will apply for membership any time soon.

Nice alliances there, and a lot of divisions too.
Quite a dangerous situation!

A few events, some modding in order to make the world look more plausible. My least favourite war in Kaiserreich happens when Persia allies itself with Azerbaijan and Afghanistan and later on Delhi attacks Afghanistan for cores. With Entente allies and air support on their side, Delhi inevitably wins and becomes a huge empire, no event deciding the fate of the three countries happens. Then there's Indian Civil War, in my case, Bengal plowed through Delhi India and all the way into Persia, at which point the war became completely weird due to India proper being under Bengali control, with Delhi defending Teheran against Bengals and tons of roaming Partisans. I waited till Bengal annexed Delhi and then modded in a radical socialist Persia.

In another Kaiserreich game, Delhi won both the Persian and the Indian Civil wars, fighting versus Benghal allied with Burma, so in the end they produced a bloated Mughal Empire stretching from Tabriz to Rangoon, without any cores outside India and any events about it...

I like the way you arranged for this setup. Once the world war starts, this will be really interesting. :) I am excited!
