    10.79 is released for 3.2 beta (nov 27th)!

    (might take up to a day for moddb.com to approve the file)

    save game compatible with 10.76 and higher.
    compatible with the vanilla map graphics and the vanilla interface graphics patches.

    This update contains lots of bug fixes, lots of minor balance changes, reworked new monarch event, reworked elections, overhaul of joust events, sengoku overhaul, and more.
    (there is no need to install the 10.78 patch because it is included).

    common\advisortypes.txt:
    -changed a privateer modifier.
    -added a bunch more modifiers (based on suggestions by pommiebastard and extox).
    common\buildings.txt:
    -added 1% missionary chance to temples and 5% to cathedrals (suggested by extox).
    common\event_modifiers.txt:
    -advancement of the true religion act only increases missionary chance by 2% instead of 8% previously.
    common\ideas.txt:
    -QFTNW now requires idea tech level 9 instead of government 10 for non-pagans.
    common\static_modifiers.txt:
    -reduced population bonuses for COTs to 0.01 (suggested by pommiebastard).
    -reduced tolerance population bonus by half.
    -monarch ADM now gives +1 idea tech investment (suggested by pommiebastard).
    -stability now changes merchants per year from +0.99 to -0.99 (suggested by extox).
    common\triggered_modifiers.txt:
    -added code to joust TM to ensure it is only set for existing nations.
    common\on_actions.txt:
    -made some slight event number and chance adjustments. Monarchies always get Regent and monarch events now.
    
    common\countries\ENG,GBR,FRA,RFR,CAS,SPA,NED:
    -put QFTNW idea at the second line of the list to ensure these nations have a good chance of being colonial nations (it was a major bug when at line one, reported by pommiebastard).
    
    decisions\TN Nations Country.txt:
    -removed france's 'say the state is me' decision and changed some government event modifiers.
    -Portugal's remember_the_navigator now requires 1470+ year instead of 1430 (reported by extox).
    decisions\TN Random Religion.txt:
    -added a missing factor = 0 in divination decision (validator).
    
    events\SRI_AI_Behavior.txt:
    -many minor changes based on the latest changes by Helius.
    -changed all "ai" references to that of properly localised entries.
    -fixed a bug in event 2950920 (reported by 17blue17).
    events\SRI_AI_colonial_provinces.txt:
    -changed all "ai" references to that of properly localised entries.
    events\SRI_AI_Strategy_Countries.txt:
    -changed all "ai" references to that of properly localised entries.
    events\TN Chaos.txt:
    -added more modifiers to the revolution starting event in order to make it a bit more rare (reported by pommiebastard)
    -Japan will no longer get the civil war event chain due to its own civil war system.
    -added more tag specific modifiers to the times of troubles event.
    -removed a reference to FRE which was previously removed from the mod (validator).
    events\TN Decisions.txt:
    -fixed a bug in syntax for humanist_tolerance (validator).
    events\TN Economy.txt:
    -reduced the ducat bonus in exceptional year event (reported by extox).
    events\TN Fair.txt:
    -fixed some bugs in the government advisor type event modifiers.
    events\TN Goods.txt:
    -added modifiers to the Diamond Price fixing event.
    events\TN HRE.txt:
    -removed some code refering to governments that no longer exist in the mod (validator).
    -many nations will now be less likely to join the HRE and a bit more likely to leave it (based on reports by pommiebastard).
    -added code to reduce elector relations with non-europe emperor.
    events\TN Joust.txt:
    -joust joining events (before the tournements actualy starts) now happen much quicker and will almost never happen once there is ten joined nations.
    -joust cheating event now has ai_chance modifiers.
    -joust tournaments will usually start and finish within one game month.
    -removed the Joust looser information event and placed the clean-up code into the winner event.
    -added immediate codes to ensure that the player will not dely the process.
    events\TN Monarchies.txt:
    -Prussia is now more likely to get the absolute monarchy government.
    -modified the new monarch event to allow the choosing of the DIP,MIL,ADM type.
    -added modifiers for France for becoming absolute monarchy.
    events\TN Nations.txt:
    -added more nations to have cores removed for when france (RFR) is formed.
    -changed the france event MTTH to years and added modifiers for if the french minors still exist (making it longer).
    -prussia will no take longer to form before 1517 and 1701 and will no longer automaticly change the nation to protestantism (based on reports by pommiebastard).
    -added more Prussia modifiers.
    -added core removal code for GAL in the spain formation event.
    events\TN Natives.txt:
    -native raids event will now happen more often for new world nations (in thier colonies).
    events\TN Religion.txt:
    -teutonic order, brandenburg, and prussia are all now more likely to become protestant (based on reports by pommiebastard).
    -counter-reformation will now usualy take a bit longer to happen and now the AI will consider Papal relations when deciding to go back to catholicism or not (based on suggestions by pommiebastard). The MTTH is now years instead of months.
    -fixed several capital_scope bugs (validator).
    events\TN Republics.txt:
    -prussia is now more likely to get the absolute monarchy government.
    -added new election events and modified the old ones.
    -added some modifiers for france for becoming absolute monarchy.
    events\TN Sengoku.txt:
    -changed some event MTTHs from months to years.
    -added some ai_chance modifiers.
    -Sengoku civil war can now happen after 1600 but its uncommon.
    -removed some events and placed them into Times of troubles modifiers.
    -improved some event modifiers and triggers.
    -changed some effects.
    events\TN Tech.txt:
    -added more modifiers which increase or decrease the MTTH depending on the situation and increased the years of tech penalty to 8 (based on reports by pommiebastard).
    events\TN Theocracies.txt:
    -prussia is now more likely to get the absolute monarchy government.
    -added some modifiers for france for becoming absolute monarchy.
    events\TN Unknown.txt:
    -added some modifiers to increase the mine depletion MTTH for nations with lots of provinces (based on suggestions by pommiebastard).
    events\TN Unlucky.txt:
    -added more modifiers for Japan.
    -high badboy has less impact now on how soon a nation becomes unlucky.
    
    history\advisors\Germany.txt:
    -removed a reference to province 1761 since it is a sea province in TN mod (Validator).
    
    history\diplomacy\indonesia_alliances.txt:
    -removed reference to BEU because it is not in the mod or vanilla (validator).
    
    history\provinces\618:
    -aru no longer starts with tobacco (reported by 17blue17 and extox).
    history\provinces\717:
    -added discovery for OIR.
    
    localisation\TN Decisions.csv:
    -removed the State_is_me decision for france.
    localisation\TN Events.csv:
    -added the missing text for the wahhabism events (reported by pommiebastard).
    -removed duplicate text entries.
    -added new entries for the new election events.
    -fixed a domain spelling error (reported by pmmiebastard).
    -shortened some option texts to prevent two lines being used in the logs.
    localisation\TN Goods.csv:
    -naval supplies no longer implies Lumber as being part of that good.
    -livestock description no longer includes sheep.
    localisation\TN Nations.csv:
    -changed RFR_adj to French from napoleonic.
    localisation\TN Provinces.csv:
    -changed the name of 1363 (reported by pommiebastard).
    localisation\TN System.csv:
    -fixed a syntax bug in the colonytakenother_log messege (reported by pommiebastard).
    
    map\definitions.csv:
    -changed the name of 1363.
    
    missions\TN Europe Missions.txt:
    -changed 1744 province references to the correct TN province (validator).
    missions\TN Random Missions.txt:
    -retake_occupied_mission now only fires during wartime because it aborts during peacetime. this fixes the auto-fail bug for this mission (suggested by extox).
    -fortify_province mission now will not happen until 1630.
    -fixed a reference to north_africa_region (validator).

    you can just update it wont break yer save, all already have for my gameplay aar. (just make sure not to lose yer save)

    Not fair - I wanted to do bug checking and I had to wait for ever and ever and ever for the download to be approved.......... while others get to be at the head of the line.........


    makes note to do validator testing on a lower priority in future........... More time to goof off.......... alright I thought it over ........ leave as is..........

    I wasnt trying to keep you from it, I just thought it wouldnt hurt to wait until the 18th or 19th for the full release because it would allow for more additions to the validator in order to give us more accurate results. The reason I sent them the 9.14.09 backup was because they were both playing games and writing about it.

    so, now you understand and must forgive me (cause I apologized) and must continue to work hard for the mod and mod fans lol
    ok, well you dont have to but you know I (and players) apreciate the work you do.

    I will start work on the bug reports you sent me and reply back soon probably.

    ok, cool. I seem to be having much less goof off time recently....taking care of a sick GF and her kids. Thank God for nap time and times of opportunity
