I'm going to estimate these as:
Pan Eurasian Coalition
China 270
Indonesia 240
Japan 180
Georgia 160
Finland 110
Pakistan 10

InterAtlantic Alliance
France 330
Italiamerica 190
Norway 150
Africa 130
Germany 120
Prussia 50

PEC Total: 970
IIA Total: 970

Well ... That is convenient. Ladies and gentlemen, we have the 2 sides for HOI. I know, I know, you are used to there being 3 sides but alternate history calls.

870 years in the making, the largest war the world has ever seen now looms upon us. The sides do not lie upon ideological lines; Nay, Capitalist and Socialist, fascist and communist, shall happily march to war, shoulder to shoulder, brothers in arms, unsure of what it is they are laying down their lives for but happily following regardless. For the divide that has brought forth this great war has existed longer then many nations. Indeed, some countries have taken forth the torch from failing hands that they have never known. There will be no peace in the coming years, only the ravaged hell of war.

IC distribution:
France - 316
China - 258
Indonesia - 224
USIA - 182
Japan - 154
Georgia - 152
Norway - 139
Transvaal - 122
Germany - 112
Finland - 99
Prussia - 41
Pakistan - 7

So the actual values for the PEC and IAA would be:
PEC: 894
IAA: 912

My values were rather far off it seems but it still seems as though the 2 alliances are very closely matched. Although I think I'll put my money on the IAA because of their large resource advantage.

Nu, but there are diplomatic developments during the session. It's not at all clear that we still have two large alliances.

Yeah Finland left alliance and Indonesia used it as an excuse to break off too so I guess PEC is no more. And I cant see France sticking with Americas, they will most probably make their own alliance with Transvaal (Quebec).

Astonishing but both USIA and Japan surpassed Norway and Georgia in IC despite having significantly smaller population. And France kept its first place too so there are three kings of Industrialization and micromanagment, Hail.

Too bad. That would have made one hell of a war.

Italy made over 80 points increase of IC in those last 6 vicky years. How was it done? He either fooled us all and managed to make the optimisation of his industry at the right moment of the expense of others or he got really lucky...

And yeas, PEC is no more...In fact it never actually were anywhere aside bombastic propaganda speach. It never managed to get operational before the war and the war and phase before the war prooved out just how committed people were to it.

So now it's new world order and new tricks, stay tuned, who knows who allies with whom and so on...

I would have done it the previous session had I not been absent...

Basically it was all due to clerk upgrades, maximising the sector bonus, and picking as efficient sectors as possible while maintaining a proper Guns/Butter ratio. It was easier to get right since almost all industry was in a single state.

Well the clerk upgrading cannot be it, I basicly had no clerks at all before last session, then I converted pops to the ideal clerk/craftsmen ratio. I managed to increase my vicky industrial score around 5000 points. Yet I lost 5 baseICs...

The clerk conversion screwed Finland otherways as well...as all clerks voted liberals, I got them power in the last remaining years and now I'm bloody free market society!! No extra IC for several years....Death to Capitalism!!!!

When I was sosialist, I had 137 avaible IC with 106 Base IC thanks to be at max in central planning economically

Now with bloody capitalist/liberalist I have the slider more in the free market side and thus now IC bonuses...So I'm now with 99 avaible IC with 99 Base IC...
