Mainly I'm adding this in case there are other AARs that may have been overlooked and are ineligible.

Mainly I'm adding this in case there are other AARs that may have been overlooked and are ineligible.

As a rule, I tend to leave in the ineligible votes for completeness, but they are generally insignificant. This is only the second time an ineligible AAR has won an award, the previous time being a withdrawn AAR not a timing issue. I suppose the win then relegates down to the next highest vote winner: The Republic of Genoa. A community AAR by Grauuu. A Glass of Fine Whine will of course be eligible for the next awards.

Hopefully all the rules will be stated more clearly next time.

Edit: the above results have been amended. But I haven't checked for other errors.
