sorry if this been asked and answered before, if so flame me a little and close the thread please ^^

I am especially interested if german ships and subs will navigate through the channel to repair/resupply in germany by default, and if this behaviour changes through circumstances?
(high casualities on that route or a change in supremacy over that area)
