Well despite it is a lol record, i think it is also a good record, but i think you should try to get it higher XD.
You could get it higher, but you would need to become heretic country, and change religion to protestant before 1500(event for it can start in 5 years before 1500 or something around it), as resist the english is only before 1500.

Also you can get +5% more if you colonize a bit
And ofc there are some more random events to boost it if you feel lucky

Yea i vassalised 4 of to electors, there is no real good other way to become the emperor as scotland
make vassals, ally them, end vassalization, release many countries, to become weak, and make some realy suicidal war(or dow everyone you got cb on, and few ppl you don't have, and call all allies).

How did you get the cores so fast and colonise and get cores there as well so fast?I remember forming malaysia as brunei around 1477
Well I suppose he found some kind of glitch or smthn.
EDIT: Possibly conquer X mission, plus some way of gaining more colonist(like geting gov 4 and taking colonist NI)
