    The whole slave thing was already there since the beginning, the only change I made in the new version was exactly that, slave provinces no longer receive slaves from somewhere else (I think it makes sense).

    Cool! I've been playing a few games with it too, and correct a few minor things that were wrong, I'll update the files later (I'm working on the cultural migrations thing now).

    Is there any way to completely remove a minority religion group from the province? If not, there should be, maybe it could reduce sizable religious community to just minority and from there remove it once the decision is triggered again. Maybe the same penalties as the other event but just more severe (higher revolt risk and more money)...

    Well, at once, no, there's not. Although it is fairly simple to code an "expel minority" event, maybe with harsh penalties. Anyway, if the province is really unfriendly (no surrounding provs with same religion, for one thing), the frictions alone should make the minority disappear over time...

    I'm thinking of coding a new decision, something along the lines of "convert minority", that has the same effect as "crack down" but makes the conversion take place more peacefully (and maybe faster). Maybe the decision can have a lot of requirements (like high stability, maybe costing a missionary and some ducats) so to make it costly, yet more effective and less troubling than "crack down".

    I'm open to suggestions.

    Completely, I'm playing it wih WWM. Just be careful not to replace event_modifiers.txt, rather edit it and put there what's missing.

    here is a suggestion: maybe you could make a national decision "religious prosecution" which negates all the province modifiers (now i come to think of it, "advancement of t he true faith" might be used for this, as its already in vanill and practically means the same.

    point being, as a government you should be able to prosecute minorities, imprison them, evict them or generally put them out of the country.

    additionally to this, neighbouring countries without this prosuction could get events from influx of refugees from the country which used religious prodecution.

    (like how many jews/protestants/reformed people from all over Europe came to the Netherlands, not only did this boost the population but some of the brightest minds came along with the reformists).

    this event remove ALL values of minority-variables in the first step. some times later, the "normal" correction-events start removing the province modifiers.

    i know, the event is a harsh way - but the cost of 500gold for the decision and the event-mmth of 1/2 the time for the decision brings the effect, that normaly 2-3 paying decades for the decision are necessary for the success of the event. i think, that´s ok.

    this additionals can be downloaded from the attechment. add the included files to the right folders of the religious_migration-mod (overwrite the common/event_modifiers.txt).

    If I have understood this right, any religion can starting to spill out of its provinces? It sounds like this mod would have worked excellently with the Buddhist France game that was in the AAR section. Does Islam spread into Europe or vice versa?

    Do you have some kind of Religious reformation event that would make any religion spread like a wildfire over a continent?
