Amarrilic. Good points... The only thing I though of then are that you have to revise province files to get corrent manpower, techs for manpower growth etc.. Just thought it was easier with splitting it. But either way, there's going to be some work with it, but nothing especially hard.

Province files will be done from scratch anyway, dont forget we have a new map here. :)

Yes me too...:confused: If we put 100 IC in Bosnia then we can have infantry that costs 2 or even 10 IC, if we decide that Bosnia has 10 IC then of course this cost should be lowered too...it's a balance issue.
 
I'm trying to download E3 mod.
I only downloaded 3 parts out of 7 becouse bloody rapidshare is overloaded for free users for HOURS so does anyone has alternative link to download it?

It has only 30MG, while 1st 3 have more then 100MG so is not full mod.

Thx, but here http://forum.paradoxplaza.com/forum/showthread.php?t=344129 there are 7 parts and I onlmy menaged to download 3 since rapidshare is overloaded.

Zadar seems to be urban. Now they have 90.000 inhabitans, in 2001, they had 70.000, but haven't found any data from 1991...

Perhaps this picture would fit as urban picture if you decide it to be urban?

But, but.. Then it won't have the special shading so it looks like the other picture. I do it anyway and post it here so you can use it or not... I'll like standarized graphics. :p

Perhaps ask gukan for a larger map of the provinces and then we just lay another layer (50% transparet) with a geograpical map over that area so we can decide which countries will be hills, mountains, plains, etc so it's fast codable once the map is done?

Well, I'd longing to play the Yugoslav wars and if I can do something to speed up the process, I'm in. :D
