I dont know. I only know that is missing posavina. But I dont know accurate borders. I use those map from one site.
I know that it's hard to find those pictures, bu really Bosna(ostatak) , Centralna Hrvatska(ostatak),....
Oh well if somebody wants to do the regions do it but I won't as it unnecessary.
Also there is some regions that is really small in that map.
