On 19 December 1991, the SAO Krajina proclaimed itself the Republic of Serbian Krajina. (From Wikipedia - the same article Supa gave you)
 
Well that's to late I think.
When did the war start? 25 july?
Maybe 1 august isn't so far then.
Also the Western Bosnia file still doesn't work:(

I think I found the error. "Cheif of Staff" (70107) must be "Chief of Staff".

Goverment it must be Government just quote and you will see if you have makred red errors.

The state offices are correctly called so:

Head of State
Head of Government
Foreign Minister
Minister of Armament
Minister of Security
Head of Military Intelligence
Chief of Staff
Chief of Army
Chief of Navy
Chief of Air Force

No other variants are possible.

You have to change according to the list of offices. There're many errors.

e.g. not "Armament Minister" but "Minister of Armament"; not "Head of Intelligence" but "Head of Military Intelligence"; and no "the"s in Chiefs!

Nah there is still some more files that must be added before we release a new version.
The ministers for RS, RSK and H-B is added and working, just damn W-B who doesn't.
Also we need the event for RSK and war in Bosnia until 0.03.

I can guarantee that 0.03 will be released in the nearest 3-4 days! :cool:
