Game dont care if there are enemies on the territory, new country will be released. BUT there could be some bugs like territory controlled by enemy while that terrotory is owned by the new nation. It depends on the case, we will have to test it to see it.
You mean if say Yugoslavia/Serbia control a VP area of RSK when it should be created. I actually believe that would cause the revolt to just not release those provinces to RSK, you could just event to Serbia that gives conquers lands to RSK.

With all countries. But I have a idea for SFRY, that it annexes all territory on the map besides Albania. But then the liberation events comes.
And then you will be able as SFRY fight the wars.
First idea ftw. However you could make the second into a separate scenario, i.e. if you want to try to keep SFRY, go to 2nd and fight your way through; if you want to break away, go to 1st and... fight your way through!

I have added RS, RSK and WB to the game in the revolt.txt.
Is there anyway I can see them? Is there any cheat that makes it possible to liberate countries even if you have cores on them.

hax you must make an event tor elaise them.Yous like Vichu france. or like serbia anex Kosovo and Vojvodina but just revere it.
Is it possible that I add a revolt country as one of the start countries in the scenario? Just to see what provinces it's in.

Save. Open you save, find you save country. Remove the cores.
Reload n liberate your test countries.
Or remove the cores from the.inc file but then backup your files.
Nah it takes to long time to remove cores, directly with a event I will try.
