Alright, so, reading the past ten pages as a complete newbie to this mod (not HOI of course) and I'm confused. Yes, OOBs need to be done, yet which ones for which nations at which times is still murky. Then someone was working on the air base locations, yet it was for DH which isn't being ported for the mod? Then there were the rest of the needed improvements. Can someone (most likely Hax) post here a list of what needs to be done for what nations at what time (1991, or 2000 as I read somewhere). That way we can start opening this up for more modders to pick something and do it.

There's a lot to do until this mod can be playable, a quick list would be like this:
OOB: All countries
AI: All countries
Military leaders: All countries besides Croatia
Map: Serbia(+Vojvodina) and Bosnia lack airports. No harbours are there on the map. Resources, manpower and other map stuff is also needed to be added.
This is how I have thought the OOB should be:
In the beginning only Yugoslav troops are on the map OR Yugoslav, Slovene and Croat units. This we must together choose, what is best? Then I have planned that some divisions which are Yugoslav is transformed to Bosnian, Macedonian etc. when the war or independence is started/done. And the rest of the units the player himself creates and that events add units to the game.

We got already military leaders for almost every country(pictures) but we don't have the text files for them.

Only 3 companies from Bosnia? There were factories in Travnik, Novi Travnik, Bihac, Banja Luka etc. who created military stuff.

I thought I've seen a post that someone made a conversion to DH. Is that right? Please advise...

I have lost my copy of HOI2 (it was a CD) so I cannot really download this mod. However, I spent a bit of time to convert it to DH. It is crashing (CTD) loading navaldist.tbl file. Does anyone have an idea what is wrong? Cheers.
Last few lines of debug file. I tried deleting the file to rebuild it but that made no difference...
