On the region map Srem/Syrmia is merged with Backa because regions need to be big. On the area map you have Srem.

And what about adding Sandzak and Metohija?

You look on the wrong map. On the area map both Sandzak(Rashka) and Metohija are displayed.

I have made the areas for Albania and i have good news... the rivers start working . Problem solved.

And what's next... I will be adding areas and ports to the province.csv, so no one can work on it. There are some jobs to be done:
1.- River connection: add every river connection to the file adj-defs.csv inside the map folder.
2.- Names: add names for provinces in province-names.csv inside config folder
3.- Better minimap: A better looking minimap will be a good little job to be done.

With number 2 i have the problem that my keyboard is spanish and i can't write all the letters, so i will need help now or later, but the number 1 is more nedded now to make the map playable. I let you choose what you want

I think i'll begin with 2. I dont have balcanic characters either but anyway I think it is better to avoid them in province-names.csv. Otherwise it will be too difficult to search them.
3 is better left to people with graphical modding skills like Vax, JRHINDO or TeutonburgerW.

One "sentence" is one province.
You must know the ID of a province.
Then you go the province number in the file and write the correct name.

Like this example:

Local names is better. Its more hisotrical. And Hax I cant doing province ID its so inoing and borring. Bosnia, Serbia, kosovo, macedonia albania, and montenegro left.

You're mistaken a bit; your example was taken from db/province.csv; and config/province_names.csv doesn't have all these columns except ID and Name

My vote for local names, if they don't differ from English very much.
