So... I'm playing mount and blade since about 3 weeks and had no problems with it so far (except one or two crashes in big battles).

Today it changed a lot...

- my characters are unable to move when I try to enter taverns or arenas
- my characters get weird negative number of hp (like - 36336689976) and can't enter battles as they are always wounded
- esc then "options" or trying to tab out of taverns crash the game (I get a "M&B runtime error" or "windows has encountered an error and must close this program")
- it happens both in mods and native (I first had this in Sword of Damocles, but then the same happened in Native, with both old saves and new characters)

So... I've reinstalled the full game and patch thinking it was due to a corrupted file, but I have the same result with my fresh install !?
