I'll gladly help with debugging MMP2 and it's parts. Though a this point I can't provide a tool usable by any team member because currently I have to recompile and change it several times in the process, but I can start checking each file one by one myself, fixing bugs in Magna Mundi and improving Scripty (that's how I called it) in the process.
csv files are localisation files - they provide the text you see in the game, but not the effects.
In this case, you should go with the SRI version, as it's more recent. However, you could save yourself an awful lot of trouble - there's already an unofficial DG/SRI mod out there to download.
...If you're trying to merge DG 1.9 with SRI, you should know that it doesn't include the SRI localisation files...so you're using the wrong files.

Ah, this one is very confusing. I'm not quite sure what you want to achieve by this. Do you want to remove PAP core from your capital province? If so then PAP will get a core by inherit anyway. If you want to remove all AVI cores from owned provinces then do something like this:

Whoa, religions were really messed up in maintenance events. Here is huge patch that should take care of that fixing other problems along the way.
I've done a lot of work on that recently; it turns out to be a combination of bugs that has been causing so many problems, and recent test games have been dramatically improved. I plan on releasing another version soon.
Thanks again for these fixes; unfortunately, I have to adopt them by hand because the files have changed since the last public release (one problem with releasing betas). Since I'd been going over this file quite a lot, I managed to find and fix about half the bugs you reported (but only half!). The other fixes I made were more subtle - still bugs, just not syntax or scope ones.
One error your program missed is having "is_emperor = yes" in a province scope - saw it when fixing the error just below it, which you did catch.
If you mean the theocracy_1 type governments, they're used in MEIOU. I left them and the Magna Mundi governments in the code because it won't cause any problems to check for a nonexistent government - only to switch to one.What are those weird government types you are referring to in the block I commented out?

It's not quite as bad as it looks. This does help considerably, but its effects are fairly unnoticeable. Thanks to you, however, religious advisors will be removed properly from the AI in certain conditions, the Reformation will work better if you start between 1460 and 1510, and animist religions will convert properly (again). Most of the religion bugs I'd caught thanks to Uglyr pointing out one followed by me hunting the 'usual suspects' - this happens a fair bit, a combination of falling into the trap of most names following the same pattern while a few don't and coding late at night...like now.

Unfortunately, I can't provide patches relative to event body, it would be too much work to create diff/patching engine specially for EU3. Did you try diff/patch utilities I wrote about in one of my PMs?

As you probably know, while you can use THIS as country in province event, you can't do that with FROM if event was fired from province event. So to let Scripty know what kind of FROM scope developer expects I added special meta-data comments. Feel free to ignore such changes, but I'll appreciate if you keep them as I won't have to place them again on each new release.
