I don't appear to have a forum icon for Supreme Ruler 2020 despite registering are you supposed to get forum icons for this game?

The icon seems to be missing after the forum upgrade. The entry for SR2020 is there, but no icon is visible.

PLEASE need help with these questions, PLEASE:
btw im running SP2020 (latest version5.5)
1). They say you can change your ministers, but I dont see how and where to do it?
2). You know how in sp2010 you could buy land by selecting it and then going to the diplomacy...can you do it in 2020 as well, and if so, how?
3).They say you can 'scrap' infrastructure, but i dont see such a option, where is it?
4).So an acadfemy can only build 3 spies? what happens if a spy doies or something, do i then get another spy replacement?
5). Now, im playing as SA, and have researched nuclear power plants and fuson (or something like that)...what must i do now so that i can build nuclear power plants? am i missing something?
6).Sometimes i can only build 4 mines out of 6, and wont allow me to build more mines (total of 6) in that complex?
7).Can you build tourist attractions and business sectors?
I would really appreciate your help on this, ive read the manual twice now

What version of the game do you have and are you saying it's too small for use in game or for use on the forum?
Sorry about the lack of info. I've bought it from Gamersgate and the key
is to big to fit in the form on the forum and when I copy-pasted the key on installation maybe half of the key was entered.
But the game installed just fine and though I haven't had time to play I did manage to start a scenario.
